Good price for a genuine Apple product, but I didn't realise when purchasing that I wouldn't get an Australian tax invoice, which was actually quite important for me.

I bought a LG V10 from these guys November 2016 it started to breakdown in January 2017 then totally failed in February 2017. It's 11th May 2017 now and the best they can do is offer a second hand replacement for a a $550 brand new phone I had for 2 months. They have had it longer than I have had a chance to use it. They can not even guess how much longer a repair might be and a refund is out of the question apparently.

Anything you buy from this store is basically without a warranty. You will find them very hard to deal with and all they do after any sale is wash their hands of you.and fob you off, They are as disintressted as possible and don't respond through their own RMA site, so even the most basic question will not be answered for days. You would be much better off going elsewhere. Most if not all these grey import sites have the same attitude when it comes to a warranty, and that attitude is "Oooh it broke for you Gweilo,Tough Titties".

Don't give them the opportunity to rip you off.

Terrible customer service. Paid extra for expedited shipping (2-3 days) so the camera would arrive in time for my wedding. It took 4 days and arrived too late, and when I just asked for my extra shipping money back they said they had too many orders to fulfill and it's in the T&Cs. For the stress I had, a simple gesture would have been greatly appreciated to refund my shipping.

Ordered a phone on a sunday. Order processed and delivery arrived on my door by Wednesday, what more can i say, up to expectations, efficient and will use eglobal again. Best on line purchase experience I have had
