Can't even BUY good service off these guys

Wow, I purchased a Bose Sound system a couple of years ago, and the battery has died. Can't even PAY to get it replaced - just get told - it's out of warranty - I'm not even ASKING for a warranty replacement, just some decent service. SO, be warned - you can't even PAY these clowns for service! Very poor. I'll be taking this up with the ACCC - as they seem to forget they have obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Wish I had seen this review site…

Wish I had seen this review site before.
Bought an Olympus underwater camera from this company. On its first use in less than 5m of water it leaked and stopped working. Its rated to 15m. They said the warranty is void because its water damage, which I would accept if it wasn't a waterproof camera.
Spoke to Olympus Australia who said yes seals often fail and they would have replaced the camera under manufacturer warranty.
eglobal did not and would not send the camera to Olympus in Hong Kong and were not prepared to assist me at all other than charge half the price of the camera in repairs.
Im having the camera returned as I wouldn't trust them to repair it. If they wont admit a seal failed then we would be faced with it failing again.
Spend the extra dollars buy it here in Aus and stay away from these scammers.

Don't fall for the low price

Don't fall for the low price. It's not worth it as you have no chance of getting an issue repaired or replaced. Part of the charging device fell out after a few weeks and this was their response: "According to our technician, this is the first time they have see such issue on this item. Therefore, this will not be accepted for warranty as it is considered physical damage".
LOL - Avoid this bunch of crooks at all costs

Aweful warranty experience

I purchased a digital camera from eGlobal on 1 April 2018. Delivery and pricing was excellent. However the camera was defective out of the box. It was returned to them. I have now been writing to them for three months asking for a refund. They refuse to refund me and want to charge me $86 to fix the defect. They have a 14 day return and refund policy which I fulfilled from my end. Currently they have the camera and they have my money. I feel they do not look at my emails but simply send me cut and paste replies. Shop somewhere else if there is a warranty risk with your purchase.

Defective products

Purchased a phone last month and it shipped from Hong Kong but arrived not working. Sent it back but they claim that it required a hard reset and it works now. Wouldn't trust their products. Still trying to get my refund, after one long month of continuous correspondence.

Unwilling to honour the warranty.

This company has really poor customer service and does NOT stand by the warranty of its products. Despite clear evidence that a camera I purchased was faulty immediately upon purchase, eGlobal would not honour the statutory warranty to repair or replace the product, despite me paying the postage to return the camera to Hong Kong. The product was used conscientiously according to all operating manuals but due to a fault in manufacturing it ceased to continue to work. I'd strongly recommend avoiding any purchases from eGlobal Digital Cameras Australia.

Phone is working great

Phone is working great, although the charger did not fit Australian Socket, and the spare plug in the box did not fit Australian plugs either.

Avoid these con artists at ALL costs

Avoid these con artists at ALL costs, the minor savings are not worth it. You get ZERO support if anything goes wrong which is quite common in mobile devices. My phone short circuited when I plugged it into charge, nearly leading to a fire. When I tried to claim this under warranty they told me they cannot honor a warranty on any device with damage and because the phone had scorch marks they wouldn't accept it, EVEN THOUGH THE SCORCHING WAS DUE TO THE MANUFACTURING FAULT!!!!! I was dumbfounded, if your device breaks through no fault of your own they will not honor the warranty because the device is broken.....spend a moment to try and make sense of that.
Their after sale service is nothing short of disgusting.

Very bad customer service on a faulty Casio G shock.

Very bad customer service. For 20 years or more, as a comercial photographer I have been buying Casio protrek and Gshock watches. Recently I bought a CASIO WATCH G-SHOCK GG-1000-1A5ER from E global. The box arrive dammaged an a cheap no pading plastic bag. The watch seemed ok when opened. As soon as I got it out I could see, or rather NOT SEE the digital numerals in both the top and even worse the lower panel. I took photos showing a comparison betwwen theirs and my other casio. Huge difference. The only way to read their watch was to have it facing direcly into the light. I sent the watch back with lots of photos showing how bad it was. After three to for emails they just dont respond anymore to my last request to refund my money in full. They say there is nothing wrong with the watch. They want me to pay $50 for the rma postage???? Rip off and another $20 to post me back the faulty watch! I wish I could put up photos to show how bad it is. I will now email Casio and lodge a formal complaint with them as well for the rotton service from E GLOBAL.

DO NOT BUY - NO WARRANTY

Great pruces but refusing to cover legitimate warranty on my gear s3 watch. I have a dead pixel and they claim that i physically damaged the watch when I did not. Do not buy from here. Buy from a local retailer that will ensure warranty.

No after sale service

I have recently purchased a new mobile and was very pleased with the prompt and professional service I have enjoyed. The product was delivered promptly and the experience exceeded my expectations. Price was very competitive. However less than a year after the purchase I have made a warranty claim and was highly disappointed with lack of support, responsiveness etc. The warranty for a Huawei product apparently only operates in HK and is useless in Australia. Will shop locally and avoid using this store in the future.

As stated by previous reviewers this company are a pack of sharks and drop ship which means they just are a bunch of cowboys.Their warranty is worthless.
i was caught with a camera I ordered and expected it to be delivered in 3 days instead it took over a week.They said it was Sydney stock, in fact they delivered it from Hong Kong .
Their RMA department is pure b/s they only reply when forced to and do nothing but argue about claims which I was warned about by my wife who is Chinese, she warned me not to do business with them and I should have listened.
I you have a warranty claim or need to return an item I feel sorry for you.
Just looking at these 5 stars rating , hmmmm..........looks fake and false to me.......could it be the company doing this ?

Definitely will never do business with…

Definitely will never do business with this company again. I return an item after much argument to this company because they supplied an item that did not match the spec sheet.lord knows where they got it from.
After taking a photo front and back of the item before packing and getting my wife to inspect it .I sent it off to eglobal. It took a while to respond.
They then showed me a photo they took 4 days after they received the item of a scratch on the item and would not refund my money.I sent them the photos I took with no scratches.
They clearly scratched this item themselves in order to avoid a refund.
A pack of cheats, do not do business with this company
