Three weeks dispatch time despite 3-5 days* quoted on their product page, combining for a total 20+ days delivery for the phone... which was then dead on arrival. Organising a return/replacement has been a nightmare, missing RMA case numbers. Currently waiting for a resolution with PayPal.

They are Hong Kong based dropshipper, meaning they don't have stock on hand, they are just a middleman. They don't handle the stock locally, they ship it from the manufacturer/HK based warehouse. Great prices but terrible service. You will be stung. Buyer beware.

So look, bought a Smooth Q Gimbal and product doesn't charge. Have advised customer service and am now getting the famous eglobal run around. I'm not wasting my time or money returning the product because they are legendary in avoiding replacing or refunding defective product. I have written this off as a loss. Will never purchase from them again.

Waste of time. Waited 10 days with absolutely no contact and then followed up myself when I'd be getting a tracking number? They said they didn't even have it in stock so couldn't tell me when I'd be getting my phone. Will never be buying from them again. Wouldn't recommend especially if you want your order soon!!!

I've bought an WI-1000X with them, the first one was screwed (probably the internal wire was tangled or something on the hardware level went wrong) after 3 months of use and the left channel didn't make much of a sound if at all, they straight up replaced a new one for me.
Yes their customer services was a bit slow but at least they get the job done.
Didn't mention they've got great prices.

My phone played up within days of ordering. I let them know immediately and when they finally bothered to answer my emails, they told me to send it back to Hong Kong. They tested the phone and told me the phone was fine although I had sent them a video of the fault in action. They then asked me for $20 for the phone to be sent back to me. I will never purchase from them again.

I have bought several products from them without any problems. Never claimed warranty so I am not sure how that works

Paid about $400 to buy Braun series 9 shaver. For a month they didn't do anything citing out of stock. Prior to that customer service told me they will ship it within 10 days.

Finally I got a deal from shaver shop for the same price. I wouldn't recommend them and will never buy anything from them.

I was lucky enough to get my money back after 2 months.

You can buy from them if you want a discounted price but you must pray to your god that it doesn’t break. The customer service is the worst imaginable. I bought a phone that stopped working and I asked them to fix it. After going though all the possible ways for us to not return it, they reluctantly would fix it for me. After shipping it to them under my own cost and eGlobal HK not acknowledging that they recieved the product 2 WHOLE WEEKS after it actually arrived. After another few weeks (keep in mind the phone wasn’t in our possession for a month), they finally decided to fix the phone and I still haven’t recieved it 2 months later. You can send as many requests as you want, but they only respond only they want to. The replies are arrogant and unhelpful. Never even consider buying from them. If you can afford losing your phone for more than 2 months, or you take joy in writing requests without responses, then you want think about buying from them to save a few dollars.

For all potential EGlobaL Australia customers.

Just to let you know the warranty eGlobal provides supersedes the Vendor's warranty. So, if a product is covered for more than 12 months by its Vendor, dealing with eGlobal will chop it down to 12 months (according to eGlobal policy), regardless vendors like Sony providing you 2 years (and others providing even more). You'll be left dry, on your own, with no support from the vendor nor eGlobal in case you need. Sony Mobile refused to action the warranty as eGlobal is considered an importer, and gave me a lecture (they are happy to use a globalised world to make money, not that much when it comes to responsibilities).

I have a Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, and its camera is showing clear hardware related issues (lights and colours flickering), in the phone itself you can check support information provided by SONY, it says "Warranty Valid until: 15 Apr 2018".

Sony says "there's nothing they can do" as eGlobal is an "importer" and that means "you're not entitled to warranty in Australia".
eGlobal says "we offer 12 months warranty according to our policies".

I was left dry with a perfectly valid full cover warranty.

Hope none of you guys goes thru this frustration.

Both my experiences with eGlobal haven't been pleasant. First, I bought a Moto F5 handphone with a sticky patch at its back which looks like it has been a display set. My second purchase was a Fitbit Charge 2 which I ordered during the recent Singles' Day sales. I was told that it was out of stock and asked if I wanted to withdraw or change the size. I chose to wait as it was a gift for my wife and the offshore charges were already incurred. Nonetheless, the transaction was still terminated 3 weeks later without my prior consent. The most bizarre thing is, they relisted the product 5 days later!

I bought an Olympus camera, The OM-D E-M10 Mark II from eGlobal Digital Camera Australia. A brand new product arrived promptly as promised. I saved a lot of money, as compared to what I would have to pay at local stores such as Harvey Norman / JB Hi Fi. It was my first experience to purchase expensive electronics from this company. I would use this company again. I am not sure why some of the rating is poor for this company.

Paid for a smart watch they said they had in stock.

Every week they keep saying its delayed and they will ship it soon. They don't have stock and constantly buy time without giving me any real date. Don't sell something you can't get. They are not an Australian website. Paid 10$ more to get it delivered from Kogan instead, delivered in 4 days

They happily took my money for Samsung Gear S3 SM-R760 Frontier Bluetooth Smart Watch - Black with no intention of delivering the product. Now its going to be a nightmare to get my money back

Bought an LG G6 on (24/11/17).Received on 30th.When I open the box, clearly noticeable that was not a brand new phone looks like a used /display phone. All the opening (Power plug, ear plug, Mic etc ) completely filled with Dirt/Dust and inside the box, headphone packing is completely torn and looks like used condition.Original sticker from the screen has been removed (Compared with another LG G6 bought from another shop).Spend $700 and they send a crap like this.Open a return case not yet replayed.Totally disappointed with the purchase.If you don't want to lose your money stay away from these guys.

No Australian-based after-sales support despite Au. online store front - everything goes back to Hong Kong (warranty claim assessments, etc.) at expensive postage costs & with faceless low-quality customer service. Returned my phone to me dismantled & put back together in worse condition than i sent it to them. Will never buy from again. No wonder prices are so cheap for a reason. Shop elsewhere - support those businesses who support their customer base properly here locally.

Quick delivery comes with real-time DHL tracking, the camera came as described, very good pricing as compared to other websites, simple and easy-to-use website.

I purchased a Nikon Coolpix W300 from these guys, supposed to be waterproof to 30m, first time I took it swimming in about 50mm water it flooded.
Now they are saying that water damage is NOT covered by warranty. Go figure, a waterproof camera that not covered for water use.......
Never again with these rip offs.

Very happy with my experiences with eGlobal, one of my favourite places to shop for electronics online due to their great prices and fantastically fast (sometimes free!) DHL shipping. Rarely have other sites had prices cheaper than eGlobal, I have referred friends and family to them and have only heard good things back.

Good transaction. No problems at all.
Shipping was lightening fast.
