The product took a month to arrive....if there was limited stock you should inform customer at the time of order not when I have placed and order and I get told few days later that you are running slow

Excellent experience. Delay was noted and then parcel arrived in perfect condition on date specified.

The lens arrived very well protected in bubble wrap. I was a little worried when I saw the box of the item as it was a bit beaten up, as it was a gift I was also a little dismayed. The lens however was in great condition and is working well.

I recently bought a headphone (ATH-M50X) and an iPhone 7 128gb rose gold. Both came as new as they announce and really well packed.
I didn't pay any duty (New Zealand) as they manage how to avoid such thing. ( The iPhone cost NZD1060, and didn't pay any tax)
However, I won't give you 5 stars due to your warranty, as I've been aware that you won't probably fix or replace anything due to past reviews here. Luckily, I've got everything sorted quite smoothly, and hopefully, I won't need your warranty forever.
Be aware when buying from them if the warranty is a big concern for you.
