Delivery was unbelievably fast. Customer service is great. The only complaint I have is that the price of the item dropped sharply after purchased.

I bought a Nexus 5X from them 14 moths ago. I contacted them 13 months after purchase, they told me that I was out of warranty and they couldn't help me. For anyone that doesn't know, in my case, what is classified as a major problem, the Australian Consumer Law states that I have the right to a full refund, I am asking for $100 less than that. They won't give this to me.

There is no online customer chatting support on their website. Before put the purchase order, I sent a mail to customer soupport. They replied me at the same day. So I made payment. The product was Sony SEL50F1.4Z lens. I got it in 4 days after payment. That was a very pleasant purchase experince. Highly recommend. Thanks.

Great experience and relatively fast shipping to Christchurch. I had my doubts when looking at the website quality, but they delivered on their promises and we were able to get a genuine Samsung tablet for significantly cheaper than local retail prices.

I'm guessing this company is fine if your interaction is minimal but beware if anything goes wrong!! After paying for an expensive mobile and postage insurance my phone still didn't arrive. Chased it up with eglobal and dhl. DHL confirmed my package had been lost, I provided this update to eglobal to help the process and three weeks later still no response!!! Am now having to explore other avenues at chasing a refund as it doesn't seem likely to happen through eglobal. Be careful people!

My first purchase was a Samsung tablet which arrived at my address in 9 days.....it was sent out in 5 days and shipping took 4 days including the weekend. Second order was a HTC phone which from memory arrived at my home address after 11 days of ordering. Can't fault my buying experience with this company.
