Excellent prices, quick delivery, product new in box with safety seals. Only mistake didn't realise buying a Samsung is to check if it is an international model, since they are harder to repair in Australia (cannot use Samsung, must use independent which is can be more expensive)

I bought a Sony Xperia Z5 Premium from here about a month ago. eGlobal really is an amazing site, it arrived within the week!

False advertising, the phone I purchased states it was 4G but only worked on 3G I requested a return, which originally my emails weren't read as I proved it was a fault with the phone and not my network but was still told to check my network, after this they arranged a courier to pick it up, who never arrived, I rang the courier who told me I needed job numbers etc. Which I wasn't provided with. I'm over dealing with eglobal and have decided to attempt to sell the phone myself at a loss. Definitely do not recommend this site.

Good product as described and quite fast delivery no issues

Prices were very competitive. Site needs some work. Delivery was quick and there was enough tracking information.

First of all, I would have given this merchant zero star if this review system would allow me.

Hong Kong sellers are known to be cunning and unethical, eGlobal Digital Cameras Australia (eGlobal) is just another one. Don't be fooled by the word "Australia" behind their name. What makes eGlobal a wolf in sheep's skin is that they know how to hide behind a kind mask. The reason why I gave them a try in the first place is because I relied on Paypal's buyer protection. Guess what? eGlobal worked out a way to render Paypal's buyer protection partially useless.

I bought a mobile phone with eGlobal and my transaction was displayed in Australian dollar all the way. eGlobal put my payment through the bank as foreign currency thereby attracting a bank charge for international transactions. eGlobal knew how they messed it up so agreed to refund the bank fee. I initially thought wow, eGlobal is one of a handful ethical Hong Kong sellers. Oh boy, I was wrong! eGlobal credited the bank fee to Paypal but disguised it as a "partial refund on the product". This essentially prepared them to pay me less in the event that Paypal initiates a refund under its buyer protection policy.

It turned out that the mobile phone I purchased was indeed faulty. eGlobal wanted me to ship it back to Hong Kong and, if they determine at their discretion that the issue is not covered by warranty, then I would have to pay for the repair plus one more shipping back to Australia. This equates to writing a blank cheque. Of course, if the phone plays up again, the process repeats itself until you give up playing the costly game. The question to ask is how come eGlobal can afford to sell its products SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than other legitimate businesses? Well, because the products are refurbished. eGlobal claim that their products are new and genuine but why can't genuine products have manufacturer's warranty? By the way, I called the manufacturer and was told never to buy from the like of eGlobal who sell cheap without manufacturer's warranty! You might think you got a deal if no problem pops up but if it does, cheap means VERY costly. I was only days away from Paypal's buyer protection expiry date.

eGlobal knew very well that Paypal cannot refund more than what a customer paid. So they use that loophole to squeeze in any money they owe you elsewhere and cunningly use that to offset your purchase price as a "partial refund" such that you will never be able to claim a full refund under Paypal's buyer protection policy and Paypal can do nothing about it.

On the surface, eGlobal promises to do all the right things (refund the bank fees that they triggered + refund the purchase). Then, once they broke outside of Paypal's jurisdiction, they act as if no promise was ever made. When I chased for the shortfall, they simply ignored me - no communication. eGlobal is a dishonest seller and dishonest people will consistently behave in a dishonest way in any situation. Many things can go wrong during a transaction and eGlobal will use every opportunity to offset your purchase price by paralysing Paypal's ability to defend you.

Be warned, unless you're willing to throw out the product if it fails, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY EVEN IF YOU HAVE PAYPAL BEHIND YOU!

I will report to Paypal to get this seller blacklisted.

I usually don't have time to rate online purchases. However thought of doing so to highlight the excellent delivery times by this company. If you guys can improve the processing time for payment, I feel this can be improved further. This would enable us not to hesitate in purchasing from companies outside Australia with delivery times closely matched to Australian dealers but better in price. Hope you guys can improve. Product has been delivered without scar and performance of the product is satisfying

Bought motor g4 and had the phoned delivered very quickly. Phone was in perfect condition and much cheaper than I could get locally. Definitely be purchasing from eGlobal again in the future.

my first time buying here. when i thought 2 to 5 days dispatch was reasonable but when i was told the supplie was out of stock i was shocked.

payment was made and id was provided then the order would be fullfilled.

there was no eta but i did see an email informing me to check the stock level

email reply is slow and sometins more than 24 hrs wait.

hopefully u will have multple shipping cost so customers can save.

in the end ater 3 weeks i got the handsets all in one big satchel.

Great online store with competitive prices and would recommend them to anyone. I have purchase a few items from eGlobal, the latest a Samsung Galaxy A5 2017. eGlobal didn't have stock at the time but I was informed that once it was sourced it would be dispatched on the same day and delivery was fast only waited 3 days and it was well packaged. All communication had quick responses and reassurance. Would definitely shop with eGlobal again.
