My questions and concerns reguarding my Health Insurance policy were answered by knowledgable agents. Therefore finding a solution to my existing problem and getting a policy that met my needs.Very professional.and careing individuals.Positive experince allnthe way around.Glad that I made the call.
Untrustworthy!!!! Called ehealth to check about different Medicare and Medicaid premium options, ended up getting a FRAUD for a representative, told me the new plan he was trying to shove down my throat was way better than my current plan and that my current plan went down on the healthy benefits allowance also vision which when I checked with WellCare they informed me none of this was true and also informed me that they have received several complaints of ehealth Representatives giving them false information!!!!!!

I am enrolled in healthcare.gov. I did a quick search for the contact number. Ehealth somehow created a front looking like it was healthcare.gov and lead me on to believe that they were in fact healthcare.gov on the phone. I gave them my healthcare.gov application number and the agent led me on. I gave them my debit card number and info. After the call thought to myself that this is not the common healthcare.gov process of enrolling. So searched that number and nothing came up. Looked at the charge on my account and it was ehealth. Needless to say i shut that card down and reported it to my bank. Be careful with this scam.

I had an excellent experience with the E Health Representative Tara I spoke with last night.
The one negative-I called late afternoon and received a message informing that there was high call volume and that the wait time for a return call would be 3 hours. That time frame placed the Call Back at 7PM.
I received the Call Back around 12AM Midnight.
Fortunately, I had not yet fallen asleep.
The Representative "Tara" could not have been more kind, patient, caring and informative.
Her demeanor exhibited genuine care for me and a commitment to matching me with the best health plan for my needs.
I truly appreciate the experience I received with Tara. She is clearly a Shining Star!!!!

I would give it less than a one star if I could. This site is asking for a date this happened. And since it happened without my consent, I can't give an exact date this piracy took place. I wanted information about a policy and next thing I know, I have the policy. The agent never contacted me, I have no idea who he was until I did some investigation. He is in CA, I'm in FL. The information on the policy was incorrect so it was a quick grab and go money maker for the agent. I had a heck of a time canceling the policy he wrote with the company telling me the agent had to cancel. I have no clue what type of deal they have set up with the insurance companies, but I can say it's not in YOUR favor. I did get the policy canceled and got a local licensed agent to handle it for me. Stay away from eHealthInsurance. Don't even ask for more information or you'll wind up like I did. Get a local agent to speak with.

If I could give a minus 10 I would. Spent an hour and a half and I still didn't though. I hung up.

If i could give negative 5 I would !!! They could care less about your health or needs. I laugh everytime I see the commercial of the rigged phone call & customer service & they bring the girl out to greet the guy.. Your agents are not knowledgeable. Very rude ! Make you feel like your beneath them & extremely pushy. I just called to get a girl that was extremely rude . Knew nothing & was in a hurry to get me off the phone ! At the end she said is that all & before i got out my yes I was hung up on .. There pushy & keep demanding you sign up immediately why? Because they work off sales ! My best advice is if you have a insurance company you like to call that insurance company & talk with them . I do now I've learned my lesson on places like this !

If I could give them a zero I would. Spoke briefly with someone named Kelsey. She was not knowledgeable and she went silent for a long period and we hung up and called back. The screener re-connected us back to Kelsey and instead of her assisting us she went on to say she did not hang up on us and she stated she was very confused and asked did we need to call back and ask for someone else. Beyond dumb!! Easier to call Medicare they are open 24 hours and can answer all questions.

Good tools to compare medicare plans. Quick access to agents when calling, but agents don’t really know details of the plans and my original agent never responded to email or telephone requests for further information. Most importantly, they do not offer information on all plans available in my region.

I was lead on! I hate insurance, I am new to Medicare. Told that to the Licensed rep I talked to from ehealth! All my premiums are going up for Part D and my supplemental G plan! But I wanted to keep my G plan! Told that to her several times! She walked me right in to an Advantage plan! Never telling me I would no longer be able to have it!!!

Ehealth representatives , more than helpful.
Listened to all my concerns and found me a good Dual plan.
highly recommend !Will definetily call them for assistance again and feel very comfortable .
I discussed some good options for my supplemental plan and drug coverage. The agent told me she would send me follow-up information on both. I received 5 emails with the same information about the drug plans. I received nothing on the plan G options we discussed. I sent 3 emails to the agent and got no response. I talked to another agent tonight who said he could not send me any info about the plans recommended. So, I am sorry that all of the hype about them being the gold standard for professionalism was certainly not my experience. In fact, the last agent I spoke to could not wait to get off the phone.

Very unprofessional, I made an appointment for a licensed insurance agent to call me . They called a (CSR)and could not answer any questions and put me on hold. She never came back I finally hung up . It’s the old saying if it starts out bad it ends up bad . I’ve looked into other complaints, don’t waste your time .

I was confused with which Advantage Plan to choose so I called eHealth. The person that answered the phone was very nice and helpful and connected me with an Agent.
That's when it went bad, The Agent kept cutting me off when I was talking and repeated a few times to me, "Are you ready to buy or just shopping?" (Me) -Yes I'm shopping and I have questions". (Agent) "I don't have time to help you, you need to read all the plans and call back when you want to buy a plan."
Amazing! I thought they were there to help explain the plans and guide you thru the process with questions and answers!
Certainly not like the TV commercials tell you.

My agent, Wagma Ehreri was very professional and very knowledgeable. She reviewed Everything with my about what each plan provided. I highly recommend e-health for assistance choosing a Medicare advantage plan.
What a refreshing experience. This application was easy to navigate and a pleasure to utilize!
