Because of this, we are not able to take payment by Revolut, we suggest that request refund from Revolut so that to pay by Bank transfer.
But as we can see you have again paid through Revolut, not by bank transfer.
We have forwarded the proof of payment you provided to our accounting department and asked to confirm if the payment has been received.
As we already informed you we are still waiting for confirmation from them.

Top of the range tyres for less money - great service
I’ve been buying my tires from eiretyres now for the past 10 years, bought my last set from them just 2 weeks ago.
They always have very Competitive prices for top quality tyres which my local tyre service centre cannot/will not match.
They have always delivered my tyres on time (tracked) from their warehouse in Germany and your always informed along the way.
Bottom line, great dependable service for top of the range tyres for less money.

Tires were cheap, service not good. No notification of when tires were sent to fitting garage, no reply to two emails to customer service (and yes, I checked my spam folder). Wouldn’t recommend or use again, there are alternatives doing the same service.
So, after receiving the response below they are indeed correct. The email marked shipping did in fact go to spam. Even so, I never received replies from emails sent to customer service. Happy to correct, and upgraded to three stars!
