I’m delighted with my new bin

I’m delighted with my new bin. It is very large so will hold lots of rubbish. The 2 large compartments are a great size
It backs up right against the wall and the lid still lifts up
The foot pedal feels sturdy
Looking forward to putting some rubbish it!!

Exceeding Expectations

I have had a number of EKO bins over the years and have been delighted with their durability and pleasing aesthetic design. And, of course, with 3 years manufacturer warranty, you are getting a long guarantee. Whoops! Three years 2 months and my large EKO Bin lid started playing up. Call EKO for support. No problem as EKO attempted to diagnose and resolve the technical issue with it failing to open, but alas, all the recommendations from the EKO Technical Team did not resolve the issue. But I should not have worried as the EKO Customer Services recognised from my purchase history that I had been a long term customer and forwarded a replacement lid, "as a gesture of good will".

Had an issue with our unit, reached out to EKO customer service who responded immediately with an acknowledgment then followed up with an information request, and then offered suggestions for a quick fix which worked. 😊

I would definitely recommend the company and the products


I purchased Ecocasa Plus Recycling Pedal Bin 40+40L on Friday 26th Feb 2026 and it was delivered 24th February. I was so impressed how quickly it came.

Packaging was first class, so protected in a really sturdy box.

The bin is more than I expected. I am so pleased with it. Really sturdy. Inner bin with handle that is hidden away so it doesn't get in the way of the bin bag. It came with a roll of bags, which is great when you get a new bin.. what size do I need.

The finish of the bin, its really easy to clean, any marks come off easily plus it doesn't show any marks where the dirt was removed.

Think you can tell how pleased I am with the bin. I would definitely recommend the company and the products. Thank you EKO Home. Lindy

I was most grateful to Ekohome for…

I was most grateful to Ekohome for finding a lid for my sensor operated bin. It was an trash bin that I bought many years ago for Cosco, and needless to say, that particular model is no longer available. Eco clearly had a supply of these and at a price that seems really low, and dispatched me one which arrived within two days.
They had clearly checked which model I had, and reassured me that the replacement lid would fit.
All emails were answered within hours, and they also tracked my delivery and checked that there were no problem with the lid that they had sent.
Excellent service from a good team at Eco. Thanks

Emailed customer services of EKO and the service and advice I received was outstanding. So much more than family want to order the same ‘worn-out’ part for themselves. Will definitely recommend and use again. 👏👏👏

I bought a bin a few months ago

I bought a bin a few months ago. Not sure how but one of the inner bins has cracked.
Contacted Eko to ask about a replacement. They charged £27 for the plastic inner bin and sent me one which was clearly second hand. It was in no packaging, has cat fur on it, loads of scratches and dirt. They offered me a £5 partial refund, which I think is more of an insult, especially as the bin is meant to be under a 3 year warranty!!

As advised, we arranged and dispatched a replacement inner bucket for you. Our replacement buckets are supplied from our dispatch area and do not come in retail packaging. While they are new, minor dust or handling marks can occasionally occur in storage. However, we do acknowledge that this item should have been checked more thoroughly before dispatch, and for that reason we processed the £5 goodwill refund.

To clarify, our 3-year warranty covers manufacturing faults. Damage that occurs during use is not covered under warranty, which is why the replacement inner bucket was chargeable.

We take product quality and customer satisfaction very seriously. As reflected in our many 5-star reviews, the experience you’ve described is not representative of our usual standards

A truly brilliant customer service

A truly brilliant customer service. They identified my replacement part quickly providing a quote as well as manging my expectation on lead times. Once dispatched they didn't just rely on the courier they went further to ensure I had the product and it solved my problem. Superb.

Outstanding!

Outstanding customer service from Lara who went over and above to find me a solution. You don’t often get an experience like this from companies today and it makes such a difference. I’m very pleased and will certainly be looking to the company for future purchases as a result of this experience and the product quality.

Prompt well-informed responses.

The only contact required was with Lara Blake in Customer Services who promptly answered my emailed questions concerning the lid of my EKO Mirage sensor operated waste bin which had finally failed after 3+ years of daily use.

She was able to answer everything I needed and chased up delivery of it which was slightly delayed. I’m very happy with the improved version of the lid too.

Great experience with EKO

Great experience with EKO. I bought a bin via John Lewis around 5 years ago, and the soft-close part recently stopped working. I reached out to EKO via email and they quickly sent out a replacement part free-of-charge that fixed the issue. Overall, happy with my purchase.
