Really great experience at élan!
Therapist Monika made me feel very comfortable and relaxed before and during the treatment, will definitely be returning

Went into Liverpool branch, for information on tattoo removal two weeks ago, Suzanne booked myself in for a 1-1 consultation, to give me more information and walk me through the process.

Upon arrival to clinic, the staff team were very welcoming and offered refreshments, even asked if needed the AC turned up or down.

Had my daughters with me and they chatted and played with them a little bit as well which was nice to see

Overall Very professional, relaxed atmosphere.

Suzanne walked me through the process in full and answered any questions I had confidently, would recommend the clinic to anyone Interested in any of the therapies they have on offer!

I have had a hydraFacial treatment with Ella. She was very professional, explained every step and gave me advice on products what is best to use on my skin. Ladies in Elan Liverpool clinic are very friendly and been able to answer my questions. I will be coming back.

I visited Elan Clinic recently for a consultation. I was seen by therapist Clare, and had a really good experience. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and all the staff were so professional and helpful. Clare was superb - very knowledgable and friendly. She put me at ease and explained everything in detail. I will not go anywhere else in future. Thank you so much Clare.

Just had my first appointment at the Springs in Leeds. Clare was my therapist and she was so lovely and helpful, she answered all of my questions even though I was nervous she put my mind at ease. I’ve just booked on for six sessions of laser hair removal and I can’t wait to get started!

Our experience at Elan was great. It's a fantastic well equipped clinic and its 50% off the first treatment or course at the moment! Its a no brainer!
We met Chantel and Victoria on our first visit who were friendly, made us feel really comfortable, and everything was clearly explained to us during the free consultation. We felt that we were in good, knowledgeable hands and my sister and I are very much looking forward to our next visit!

I visited the Hale Barns Clinic today and what a fabulous experience it was!
The clinic is lovely and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Parking is really easy and close by.
I had a Hydra Facial with Victoria which was absolutely amazing.
I felt very relaxed throughout the treatment and Victoria was very professional, explaining each step of the facial and ensuring I was comfortable at all times.

I was nervous when I first entered the clinic as I didn’t really know what treatments I needed. No need to be. The staff made me feel relaxed and they were so friendly. I decided to have a facial which was given by Alice. She was lovely and told me exactly what my skin needed. No pressure to buy products like a lot of other salon’s.
I have booked more treatments and look forward to my visits. Well done to all the team.
