Molly gave me a hydro facial treatment for my very first time and was very helpful, explained the treatment to me step by step and answered all my questions, very happy with the end result and will definitely be back to Molly in the future.

I have been to the Elan clinic to see Lauren and few times and I love it! Lauren is always so professional and always makes me feel so relaxed and pampered after and my skin is always glowing! Looking forward to my next appointment.

From start to finish my experience with Lauren at Élan was incredible. I felt so relaxed and looked after. I had the HydraFacial which I couldn’t recommend enough! It made my skin feel unbelievable. I was glowing for days!

I have been going to Clare for various treatments for the past 10+ years - I had the elan luxe facial recently and would 100% recommend it. It was extremely relaxing and each step of the treatment felt (and smelt) lovely. Clare was really knowledgeable about all the ingredients/benefits of this treatment and the neck & shoulder massage was such a lovely addition. The treatment room itself had a lovely spa feel to it which is a nice change from treatments elsewhere which are often too bright & feel too ‘clinical’ ….. I floated out feeling super relaxed…. I took advantage of the June offer to upgrade to the luxury facial but will absolutely book in for another at the full price, well worth it!

Booked a hair removal course with Alice. 2 treatments in and seeing amazing results. Alice is efficient, fast and painless 🙌🏼

Excellent professional and friendly service

I’m extremely particular when it comes to all things aesthetic/beauty but I cannot praise this clinic enough and all the brilliant staff, in particular Lauren! She is just so amazing! Shes the guru in all things beauty/asthetics and gave me some brilliant advice when it came to my treatments even though at first i felt like i knew best, turns out i didn’t, her advice from the outset was spot on and she was quick to switch things up to what worked for me with unbelievable results! They do such an array of wonderful treatments and Lauren has always put me on treatment options that are right for me and that have always worked incredibly well! Currently having laser have had laser previously in other clinics for many years but the equipment and the staff are just a cut above all the other clinics! Also love the convenience aspect of their location. Free parking and stunning spa like setting where i instantly feel a sense of calm from the moment i walk in and welcome by the lovely staff! They run some incredible promotions too from time to time so worth enquiring. I would highly recommend this professional clinic and trust me i have been to allot of clinics to find the right one for me!

I recently visited Elan Laser Clinic for facial hair removal. The salon is, new, modern and inviting. I was nervous as this is my 1st experience of laser hair removal. I have had a consultation and treatments with Lauren, She made me feel at ease and comfortable from the moment I met her. During the treatment Lauren explained everything about the treatment and what would happen next. During the whole experience I felt reassured and confident under Lauren’s care. I have had 4 treatments and I am delighted with the results. I have received amazing service and would recommend Elan Laser Clinic and Lauren to anyone looking to have laser hair removal.

Lauren is amazing she is very polite and caring and made me feel very comfortable, when I had my consultation she explained the full procedure and how it works and made the effort to look into my hair type, give recommendations and put my mind at ease.

Had 1 session of laser on underarms and had such good results for just 1 session so far, Molly is lovely and super knowledgeable, excited to see results for my second session!!
