GR-0323-00032 March 15
The order was placed on March 15, 23. Despite the delivery time of 72 hours, I received tires, but only two out of four!!! Where two more tires are not known ... Where is two tires elastikaleader.gr don't know.
I was asking in delivery company, they also don't have any information about sender, only track number which says that tires are delivered. Delivery company said that they got only two tires and they are delivered. Customer support service no exists, no one answers messages! Worst service in the world! I will file a formal complaint!

Damaged product & missing parts & the WORST customer service
1.Huge delay in delivery ( an order of 4 alloy rims of €700), which is just the least of the problems.
2.When order arrived, carrier would not allow me to check the condition of the products, contrary to the company’s guideline to check the condition at the delivery. Unfortunately, one of the 4 rims was DAMAGED, scratched and bent, and the fitting kits that should be included -this was even confirmed by the company before ordering- for every rim were MISSING.
3. After sales service does NOT respond and ignores my messages (I let them know the situation on the same day of the delivery, 3/1/22, and requested a new rim and the fitting kits). I only got a reply the next day, requesting me to send photos of the product and of the carier labels, and altough I did this immediately and even sent a reminder, noone has ever replied back since then.
4. I was also contacting Messenger customer service on a daily basis but it does NOT ASSIST and LIES that it will forward my requests to the after sales service.
fyi the above case is already being under review by European Consumer Centre (My order number is A1BENC1222 in case you want to take action even at this point and send me a replacement rim and the fitting kits)

Limited info regarding tire age
The company should give out information about tire production week before sale or ask the customer if he agrees. My self, I received 2 year old tires, without knowing it. Other than that, the procedures are just fine, the distribution is excellent.
