the worst company there is. really FAR from it. I waited for the tire for a month, it never arrived in Greece, they sent it back on their own and charged me 25 euros. The worst tire company in the world

A notice was left that the order was at he parcel shop however you never contacted the carrier to pick it up or arrange another delivery. Due to this the order was returned to sender. Kafkaesque delivery nightrmare, never again
The delivery experience has been a nightmare. I ordered 2 tyres. The tracking link I got for one of them was invalid. After contacting support, I finally got a correct link (in Polish, but ok) some days later and finally received it.
The second tyre arrived in my city 13 days after order. I received no notification for its arrival because somebody along the way managed to get my phone wrong on the package. After the delivery company tried to deliver it to my house for 3 days, without notifying me, the tyre was returned to Spain ,and I GOT CHARGED 25 euros for failure to pick up because somebody else didn't do their job right.
The whole experience was rife with incompetence as I got tracking codes in 4 different, random languages, support consistently came back late with useless emails, and the link the company sent me as a reply to my comment here, well, it just allowed me to watch my delivery slowly crawling back to Spain.
During all this I have spent maybe 10 hours on hold in various call centers, where I eventually managed to gather some info regarding my delivery, info the company should have been getting for me.
Summary: if everything goes well, the prices are good and the tyres seem to be in good condition. If something goes wrong, you are on your own and will get ripped off in the end.
Unfortunately, never again.

Dear Customer,
As indicated in our terms and conditions of sale, the cancellation of the orders is not guaranteed.
Our system is designed for the delivery of the ordered items within the shortest possible period: the data therefore is automatically sent to the transporter immediately after validation of the order.
The transporter then creates the shipment label with the tracking number and the order is dispatched from the warehouse.
Once this automatic procedure is started it is difficult to cancel or modify the order's route.
For the above reasons we always ask our customers to verify their order before the final validation and payment.

For more then 10 days I'm trying to get a refund for the goods that were not delivered to me. I refused the delivery, however you claim that I have to wait until the warehouse confirms the receipt of the goods. This doesn't make any sense.

I placed an order and in 10 mins i created a ticket to change my delivery address. My ticket was seen about 1 day later and they told that the item was already shipped. Later i waited too long for the delivery and in the day the item was out for delivery they did not even visit my apartment. Then i wrote to elastikaleader again to ask the location of the carrier. They just said i will fix it and i did not hear anything else. Later i told them i wont be able to be at home for some time so please cancel the order. They told that i will need to pay up to 25 pound extra money for the shipment.
It was a terrible experience.
