The item arrived on time, packaging was good and plugged straight into my inverter.

I would not even give them 1 start but there is no option for 0 stars. Paid extra for fast shipping, parcel arrived 5 days later. Support and Customer service is the worst on this earth. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE

I bought some parts that they said would be in stock and delivered in 2 days. They were not delivered and I tried contacting them to cancel the order, numerous times by email and by leaving phone messages ( They just don’t answer the phones! ). I continued for 3 weeks trying to cancel. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES. I bought and paid for a number of items and they were never delivered. I sent numerous emails and messages all of which were ignored. I tried to their live chat and I sat in a queue which was never answered. I called the phone number 4 times which went to voicemail but my messages were once again never responded to. To cap it all off my order says it has been fulfilled but I have neither received my items nor a refund.

Still awaiting the EV Charger I ordered, it was delayed at first, so delivery was put back to around/expected 20th October, since then no communication received in circa 4 weeks, numerous calls made with no answer, Voicemails left with no returned calls, several emails sent and none replied tor - Shocking Service!!

Please be careful, pay by credit card as you will likely need to claim a refund from your bank like I am now doing - I would rate 0 if I could...

Item hasn’t turned up. Royal Mail tracking code shows the item as “dispatched” but hasn’t actual been sent yet. Emails asking for updates are being ignored. No one answers the phone. I’ve since had to go elsewhere, so I’m now chasing a refund. If I can’t get a response I’ll be forced into a chargeback. I’m sorry to say, I’d avoid this company and go elsewhere.

Update: Nov 15 the item showed up out of the blue. This is despite my many many emails and phone calls (never answered) asking for a cancellation and a refund due to the excessive delay. It was meant to be delivered within a few days!

Really good group to do business with. I spoke to someone on the line who asked us detailed questions about our requirements and then ensured we were making the right decision. Ordering process was simple and the delivery was quick. All in all really happy with the overall experience.

Ordered a battery switch off their website which clearly stated that it included an enclosure, when it was delivered there was no enclosure so I made contact and was told there would be one in the post, that was on the 11/9, I’ve sent them further messages with no reply and the listing on their website has been changed to not include the enclosure!

Good prices. Good stock. Cheap delivery. Communication could be a little better but hey! Nobodies perfect. Will use again.

I bought this stuff in an emergency and was too expensive than my regular supplier.

Shocking! still in dispute paid £105 for next day delivery over 3 weeks ago. Still nothing! I have tried calling this companies landline a number of times no one picks up as well as multiple emails! Thankfully, I ordered on my credit card so the bank is requesting refund.
Act with caution as I do not think this is a legit company. Nightmare and unwanted stress!!!
We live in a hard enough world let alone all these scams going on…
