Solar panel clips.
The solar panel clips that I ordered arrived a bit later than expected and were not very well packed but at least they arrived intact and were a reasonable price. When they didn’t arrive on time and I couldn’t get through to Electric Solar on the phone, I thought maybe I had been scammed but eventually I got to talk to the MD, who told me that their new phone system had caused a lot of problems with communications but that the parts would reach me soon (which they did!).
I have not received my order
I have not received my order. It is now 4 days overdue and I am unable to make contact with yourselves, FedEx or SHOP
Poor comms, good parts availability
Ordered few small parts and system showed £24 delivery when it should be £5. Contacted support and no response so was forced to pay £24 delivery charge and items arrived via royal mail parcel costing less then £5 for that service.
Parts not arrived nobody answering…

Appalling service. Money paid, items not sent, communications ignored.
On 15/4 I ordered to Givenergy smart plugs. Delivery by Royal Mail (RM) was due by 22/4. By 29/4 they had not appeared. RM's tracker service showed that they had not received the order from Electric-Solar (ES) yet ES showed the order fulfilled. I have sent two emails and made two phone calls (went to answer service) but have not even received any acknowledgement. So, I am left with no plugs and no refund of the money paid. I find this standard of service to be utterly appalling.
What a joke
What a joke, placed the order over a week ago, royal mail tracking says we are waiting for it, nothing recieved.
I even emailed to add to the order but no response.
Ordered the lot elsewhere and immediate response that DHL have the goods and will be delivered today.
Light and shade to these clowns.
Poor Customer Care Avoid
First order great 2nd order still not delivered and more importantly unresponsive customer care via email or phone. Avoid and go elsewhere I’m still having to run round trying to find what these and Royal Mail have done with my order

I am writing to express my concerns and seek resolution following an experience I had with your service. On September 18, 2023, I placed an order for an item priced at £268.98. Subsequently, I realized that the purchase was unnecessary as I found the cables I initially thought were missing.
Upon this discovery, I immediately communicated my intention to reject the delivery. Consistent with this decision, I refused the item upon its arrival via DHL, ensuring to inform your team via email about my actions and request a refund.
Despite my clear communication, obtaining a refund has become a prolonged and frustrating process. Attempts to reach your customer service via the provided telephone numbers have been largely unsuccessful, with most calls going unanswered regardless of the option selected. On the few occasions I managed to speak with a representative, I was reassured of your company’s integrity and promised a prompt refund.
However, three months have elapsed since my last update from your team, which mentioned that confirmation of receipt by the warehouse was pending. This is perplexing, especially considering the DHL tracking information clearly indicates the item was successfully returned to your site, complete with photographic evidence of the collection.
The lack of timely communication and resolution to this matter has been disappointing. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this issue and the processing of my refund as initially agreed. Your attention to and swift action on this matter would be greatly appreciated, as it reflects on the trust and reliability customers place in your services.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution as it is now 6 months since my purchase and no refund has been received.

UPDATED from one to two stars because my purchase did finally arrive albeit five days later than scheduled. The issue wasn’t with Royal Mail but with dispatch at the company end.

Sadly, I haven’t received the item, some time after the promised delivery date, and have no response from the vendor.
GOODS NEVER ARRIVE BEWARE
I ordered a keto battery disconnector it appears to be shipped when you logon but it has never arrived, nobody ever responds to emails and nobody picks up the phone on option 1, A gentleman did pick up on option 2 which sounds like an install part of this company, was apologetic and said he would phone back never did and since then nobody has picked up line 1 or 2 and i have also left a message for a phone call back which never happened. Reported to Amex to try and get my money back !
Wrong Item Sent & No response From Seller
Incorrect item sent, no reply to emails. Have instructed PayPal to step in and get the required refund.
As with others I would avoid buying from this seller.
