Very knowledgeable heat pump specialist. He performed a very thorough review of the property. He listened to what I was wanting and found creative ways to make as much use as possible of the existing heating system to save money and to minimise disruption.

Way overpriced P&P. After 6 days contacted vendor and no response. Then they despatched item on tracked24. Would have been quicker and cheaper on standard mail and posting timely. 8 days total. Items as expected

After reading the reviews I was worried about the timescale but payed the fast delivery expecting a couple of days, purchase the product 6pm, next day at 11am I had it home. Fast service, box in perfect condition and the product is exactly what we needed.

Good price for the item I wanted, and all items were in stock. Quick confirmation of the order and it arrived within the estimated timescale. All items were fine. I will use Electric-Solar again.

Quick and easy ordering and arrived within a couple of days. Need to our other components when my roof replacement is complete to re-mount my panels so will definitely be using again.

Item marked as dispatched but not posted 10 days after due delivery date. No responses to phone calls or emails. Has left me wondering if I've been scammed. Would not recommend!

Paid extra for express delivery. Order came 5 days late and I am still waiting on return communication from 2 previous messages. Try calling customer service and just get half a message and then cut off. Had to explain delay in fitting to my customer making me and my business look like amateurs, Will not be using again

I bought staff with express delivery (fir them express is 7 days🤨). Estmate time was on Friday. But it doesn't come. I contacted with company and don't get any answer till next Wednesday..... they are ignored costumers 😫 no recommended

Really poor service , tried to chase order several times but no answer on the phone, no reply to voice messages, no reply to emails. Order arrived eventually after 14 days but would never recommend or use again. This is the worst service I have ever received with an online purchase.

Sent the wrong items and then refused to communicate. Worst seller ever. Will never use again - BEWARE!!

Placed order last week, paid for faster delivery option. Item should have been delivered by latest today. No email confirming item has been shipped, so won't be coming today then! Had to cancel the electrician who was due to come and fit the item, next week, as I have no indication when the item will be arriving. Tried calling but you are just sent in a loop or asked to leave a message, can't talk to a real person. I have also emailed them but again no response. Will be going down the disputes resolution with my credit card. Wish I had read this page before ordering, lesson learnt!
