Sadly I must agree with other posters. we ordered solar mounting which the website shows as in stock, It has not been delivered. no response to phone calls or emails and tracking number doesn't work. If this is a new business, maybe you should start smaller. so you give customer satisfaction.

Items are great and of quality built
Items are great and of quality built. However, the delivery service was a let down. Should have been with me by Wednesday/Thursday and only got them Saturday.

Check your goods carefully.
I ordered a10 meter length of 4mm round 3 core cable from Electric solar, it arrived in a few days, but when I opened the package and checked there was only 7 meters.
I tried to phone the sales department and all i got was a bad recording of some distorted music then I herd one word saying the word message and then just cut off. I tried again later and got the same thing.
I sent a message via the website and was told to use the return label and send it back. About 2 weeks later I received the 10 meter length of cable after them telling me it would be posted on the next working day.
I am Not happy with their service at all.

all cable orders are cut to length by hand, we apologise this had happened and the incorrect length supplied. we spoke with you in a timely manner and told you as soon as we receive your orignal order back to us we would get the correct item length shipped out. we did not recieve your item back until the following week hence why the replacement item was not shipped out. as per our shipping and returns policy we cannot send new items out until the original has been received back to us.
we acted as promptly as we could on your order.
again we are sorry that this has happened.
we are now quality control our cable cuts before they are shipped out.

Shocking Service
Shocking service. Wish I read the reviews before ordering. Item I ordered was showing in stock. Ordered item on the 11th October and still no sign off it. Tracking link says that Royal Mail still haven't received it. Repeated emails to Electric Solar with no reply. Phones calls are useless as it goes to answer phone almost straight away. Online Chat - no response. Not sure how I will get my money back if they won't respond. Avoid at all costs. Sham.
Update - received the order. Whilst I appreciate this is a start up business, communication is key to any B2C business. If I had just one update or reply, my 1st review could have been avoided. Hopefully this will improve.

Uncontactable, avoid!
I ordered a product worth £340 they sent me the wrong one (a cheaper less functional equivalent) worth £140 I am currently trying to claim back via section 75 on my credit card because I tried every possible way to contact this company over and over and nobody will answer. Order was in august and still waiting in October. Avoid like the plague.
