Great speed using Royal Mail

Late delivery and impossible to get in touch with anyone.

We placed an order paying extra for express delivery as this promised delivery within a couple of days, we made payment via BACS within minutes of placing the order and tried to call the number (and option) provided to confirm, you cannot make contact at all via the telephone. We then emailed the next day to ask why the status was still "awaiting payment" and when would our part be dispatched, we never got a reply or acknowledgement at all. We then tried to reach out via the chat option, after 2 hours of no response at all it did state someone would come back to us via email, no one ever did. Our "express delivery" arrived 1 week after we placed the order still with no one to date having ever come back to us.

The price was competitive .The delivery was as promised .

Found the item I wanted at a good price, plenty of payment options. Arrived quickly and well packaged

My recent interaction with Electric-Solar has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to caution others from falling victim to your false promises and lack of professionalism.

On July 28th, I placed an order for with the express delivery option, expecting to receive it by July 31st. Given the urgency of my project, I willingly paid extra for this service. To my shock and dismay, the item did not arrive until August 9th, completely derailing my project timeline and wasting precious time and resources.

What adds insult to injury is the blatant disregard for customer service and communication. In my frustration, I attempted to reach out to your company through various channels – phone, web form, and email. To my disbelief, not a single one of my attempts received a response. It's as if my concerns and inquiries were swept under the rug, leaving me stranded and infuriated.

I find myself in a position where not only have I lost time and money due to your company's incompetence, but I am also left without a working solution for my project. The fact that I am now unable to return the item for a refund, as promised on your website, is the final blow to my trust in Electric-Solar.

I want to make it explicitly clear that my anger and frustration stem not from an unreasonable expectation, but from the complete failure of your Electric-Solar to uphold even the most basic standards of customer service and integrity. This has been, without a doubt, the worst shopping experience I have ever encountered.

I urge others to avoid the headache and heartache that come with dealing with Electric-Solar.

3weeks.later, no delivery. No reply to emails, no answer on phone.

Good price. Excellent delivery

I bought and paid for goods by you but still not received it as your mailing company,,royal mail sent it to Plymouth not to me in harlow so have a rethink on how you send your stuff and who with ,thanks

Eventually fine. However, dispatch reported very quickly but not received by Royal Mail for over a week. When I registered with Shop for updates it even stated delivered two hours ago at first and then changed to 'in transit' for over a week. Eventually, Royal Mail 24 received it, informed me immediately, and delivered the next day.

Very poor service. The item was not even despatched in the expected delivery time, item not received yet and no response for the E-mail sent for follow up.

Ordered some smart plugs that haven't arrived yet so difficult to be enthusiastic so far as estimated delivery was 25 to 27th July
