Poorly packaged
Items were ok. Not the fastest delivery, also a sheet of adhesive label's I'd ordered weren't protected sufficiently and arrived creased as they were packaged in a large plastic bag.
Update.
Obviously a good company trying to get things right.
After seeing my review I was offered a replacement or refund for the creased labels. I personally suggest such items are packaged in a stiff cardboard tube. As for the slow delivery they said they were experiencing post office delays. Refund excepted thank you.

we have bee experiencing Royal mail staff shortages so our regular daily collections have been reduced to every other day at best, i apologise for this.
regarding the the labels please let me either refund you for them or send out some replacements ?
we have now purchased some cardboard backed rigid envelopes to send them in so thanks for highlighting this for us.
let me know if you would prefer replacements or a refund .

Great customer service.
Great customer service given by Electric-Solar. Could not ask for more. Had problem with no data coming through onto App that I just could not sort out myself. Seller spent a lot of time remotely sorting it all out for me online even when it was a bank holiday weekend. Many messages sent back/forth to sort it out. Rarely get this sort of assistance/help nowdays. Thank you very much.
