Great car scheme
Great service from the Electric Car Scheme team, especially Rebecca and Zahir. They were always polite, friendly, and reassuring, and made the whole process feel straightforward. Overall, everything was smooth and well explained.
The only area I think could be improved is the portal, as the status updates were quite generic and didn't always provide much detail on what was happening with the order. That said, whenever I needed more information, I could always give Zahir a call. He was incredibly helpful, kept me informed, and proactively escalated my order when it was delayed, even though the delays were outside of the scheme's control. Having that level of support made a real difference and gave me confidence that everything possible was being done.

I had a great experience with The Electric Car Scheme, which I have access to via the Mintago benefits platform.
After my initial enquiry, Henry Flynn was brilliant; he really took the time to help me identify the best options that suited my needs. Because I was looking for a quick turnaround, Henry went above and beyond to secure a stock vehicle, meaning I had my new car delivered in under a month from the initial order!
Throughout the process, Aaron Figgett from the Ops team was excellent. He was incredibly communicative, keeping me updated on the lease progress and promptly answering any questions I had.
The whole process from start to finish was seamless and stress-free. If you are looking to get an electric vehicle through a salary sacrifice scheme, I couldn’t recommend this team enough.
