The microwave I ordered arrived damaged. The company does not have a replacement policy so I had to wait for them to receive the damaged microwave and refund my money before I could purchase another one (unless I wanted to be out double the amount for a while which unfortunately I just couldn’t do right now)

I ordered a washing machine on October 7th on line. On October 16th, I still had not heard anything, so I called them and they said they didn’t know why no one had called me to schedule delivery. I was surprised that I never received an email or phone call. Well, they are supposed to deliver it on Saturday. Glad I called them!

I ordered a microwave online and I received it 2 days after I ordered it there was no complications with ordering or delivery and it arrived undamaged. Very impressed with the quick turn around.

Good price for an open box item. Item clearly appeared to be unused with just an open box. Item was received in a timely fashion. This is my first purchase from this company and I would do business with them again.

Sold me a microwave under false pretenses. Website has completely inaccurate dimensions listed for the product. Now my cabinets have holes in them from the installation and I have no choice but to live with it or take EE to court for damages.

Purchased 2 Gel Blaster SURGE toys. Both boxes received had seals already opened. 1 box had pistol that did not work. Also usb-c cable, bag of electric green gellets, and bonus "Play Now!" hydrated gellets all MISSING. First and Last time purchasing from Electronic Express, Very disappointing. Returned and waiting on refund.
