My wedding shoes arrived and they are absolutely beautiful. They seem comfortable so far as I am wearing them around the house to break them in. I am so excited to wear them on my wedding day. Customer service was quick and responsive and my shoes arrived surprisingly quickly.

The team have been more than helpful and have gone above and beyond in helping me find the perfect wedding shoe. Communication is great and super quick the ladies are really lovely!

The wedding shoes I ordered were beautiful, great quality and exactly as pictured and described. There was a slight delay in receiving them, however I e-mailed Layla, and she instantly responded, apologising and thoroughly explained what had happened, and kept me updated throughout. A lovely thank you note was packed with the shoes along with a sixpence, which I will be putting in my left shoe for good luck on the day!

Brilliant communication and customer service. The product was delayed due to them not getting the product but they were very apologetic and once they received the product on their end they shipped directly to me.

Beautifully comfortable shoes and very efficient service from start to finish

Lovely items, but still waiting for returns refund 10 days later. Not good if you've returned a few items it amounts to a lot of money.
NB. EOE has now been in touch via email and apologised and promised to get this actioned on Monday. So thank you for the quick response.
