Beautiful shoes, super communication.Can't wait to wear them on my wedding day and the lucky sixpence that was included was just that extra special touch.

I loved my shoes. I waited a long time for them because one pair was on pre order. I forgot about that and queried why it was taking so long but was very satisfied with the communication from customer services and the returns process. They also allow you to pay in installments to help spread the cost which is was great. Bear in mind that you obviously don't receive the shoes until you had paid them off which makes sense. Would definitely recommend Elegance of Elena and can't wait to wear my new shoes on my wedding day!!

I am delighted with the Zara Bridal boots that I bought from Elegance of Elena. I ordered a pair in a size 4. Layla contacted me directly to say that they needed to be ordered and that there would be a bit of a wait and to ask if I wanted to go ahead, I was a bit apprehensive but, since there is a while to go until my weding I decided to proceed especialy as I loved the boots so much. When they arrived I was delighted but they were too big (they do come up large for anyone thinking of ordering a pair). I ordered a pair in a size 3 and again Layla asked if I would be happy to wait. This time I wasn't apprehensive at all and was happy to wait. The next day I had an email from Layla to say that she had founda pair and they would be delivered in 2 days! I was so excited. My boots arrived and they fit perfectly. I am so grateful to Layla for all of her hard work in finding me the perfect boots for my wedding. Will definitely recommend this company.

They took a longtime to arrive but were worth the wai.

I ordered a pair of size 7 shoes but unfortunately they were out of stock, Elegance emailed me quickly and apologised that this had happened and asked whether there was any other shoes I liked and that they would be able to help with any questions I might have, there was another pair which I loved but they were not available in wide fit so it was recommended to go a size down in the original ones I wanted - they were absolutely right! I was quite nervous about ordering my wedding shoes online but Elegance were nothing but extremely helpful, my shoes arrived today and they fit beautifully! I cannot thank them enough for their help - I 100% recommend!

Covid deliveries causing havoc for most businesses but the can do attitude of Angela saved the day. Excellent service lovely products.

I had some trouble getting the right size of my shoe as the wide fit were bigger than expected!
Layla went above and beyond to ensure I got the right shoes in time for my wedding day! She was so helpful, patient and kind and a real reminder of what good customer service is!

At last I have found bridal shoes that fit. Not only top quality and elegant. These are super comfy too. Worth every penny. Highly recommend. I now can relax and look forward to my wedding day.

These are the most beautiful wedding shoes ive seen within my budget of £150. Absolutely gorgeous, and excellent customer support via email from Layla. I would 100% recommend based on aesthetics, quality and comfort. I am a size 6 and these fit perfectly. Love, love, love! I just have to make a choice out of the 4 gorgeous pairs i ordered.

The ladies were very helpful when trying to decide on a pair of shoes to match an outfit which was done via WhatsApp as I couldn't get to the shop. Shoes arrived quickly and are great quality.

The item itself is beautiful, unfortunately just not suitable for me. It was clearly advertised as covered by the 30 days return policy. I returned the item in its original unopened condition after completing a returns form, which the shop accepted. I was then told that they could not arrange return postage for me due to an error in their system, the fact that I live in a rural area not covered by their courier and they do not arrange international returns. I live in one of the biggest cities in the UK. Fortunately despite the above, their system had actually emailed me a return postage label (twice) with which I managed to return the item. The next day I received an email to say there had been an error and the item was non returnable and had only been advertised as such due to an error on their website, which they could not be held responsible for. I have sent screenshots as proof that this item was advertised as covered by the 30 days return policy, but they have refused to refund me and have sent the item back out to me again without instruction or permission, as they inform me their T&Cs state tiaras cannot be returned. Sadly there was no mention of this on the product page, but the item was specifically described as covered by the 30 days return policy.
To say I am disappointed is an understatement. It is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am sure, given the multiple glowing reviews that shopping in store is a delight as is dealing with them if you don’t have to return something, but please be careful when ordering online from them.
