If I could give this company 100 stars I would. Beautiful wedding shoes, amazing customer service, personal emails to help me find me perfect fit and style of shoe, wonderful company. Beautiful packaging and very thoughtful little touches to how the shoes arrive as well. Couldn't recommend this company enough.

My shoes are perfection! Absolutely in love with them and absolutely loved the addition of the sixpence, what a beautiful touch!

Excellent customer service. They didn't initially have the size I needed but managed to find a final pair of shoes in the right size and sent them to me just in time for my wedding!

Couldn’t fault the products they were of good quality even though they had nothing suitable for me. As for the company I will never deal with them again. Awful service!!!!! Trying to get your money back is a real mission and then once you do get it back it has been under refunded. Avoid like the plague. I will not be recommending. Just to update I only ordered two pairs of shoes so there was only one discount code. I have several unanswered emails so your staff didn’t go above and beyond. You didn’t deserve the removal of the last review but the owner called me and fed me a line. Your service has been appalling from the beginning so gave me no confidence from the beginning. Shoes that should have been sent out as they were found sitting on a shelf instead I was made to wait. Never have I waited so long for money to be returned. All in all an absolute disgusting experience!!!!!!!

I have nothing but positive to say about Elegance of Elena! After months of searching for my dream wedding shoes I found a pair that I fell in love with. I ordered them through someone on Etsy and recieved an email saying that they were out of my size (the size they said they were out of were NOT the size I had ordered) and gave very little info after that. I decided to keep searching and came across Elegance if Elena. After reading reviews I ordered my shoes. Unfortunately, they were out of the shoes I ordered as well but they were quick to let me know that they would have more in stock by the end of September. They offered me free one day shipping if needed and also sent pictures of similar shoes that they had in stock. I decided to wait and once the end of September arrived I started getting nervous about the arrival of my shoes and began to email.
Let me just say my panic was quickly eased. Every email I sent was quickly answered. They assured me my shoes would be on time. Even through the fuel shortage they kept and contact with this panicked bride and gave me all the reassurance I needed.

My shoes arrived this past Saturday and they are beyond beautiful! They also included a sixpence for good luck and my something old.

I found Elegance of Elena on the internet. I phoned up asking about shoes and handbags for my daughters forthcoming wedding. The lady I spoke to was helpful and emailed me with bags that would match the shoes I’d ordered. Unfortunately the shoe colour didn’t match and the other shoe was unsuccessful as the style didn’t go with my outfit but I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to find something there in the future. Order arrived quickly and returning was easy too. I’m just waiting for a refund now but sure that’ll be very soon. I’ll keep looking on the website which has a very good selection. Would certainly recommend this company.

Having been previously let down by a supplier for my wife's wedding shoes and having looked everywhere else, we eventually found them available on the Elegance of Eleanor web site. They were fantastic at every stage and even offered to lone us a similar pair of shoes for her dress fitting as the ones we wanted might not arrive in time. When it looked like E of E's supplier was going to let them down too, they got right in to it and procured the last pair in the country and got them to us on time.
I was kept in the loop at all times and my wife was thrilled to get the shoes she wanted.

I ordered this footwear for my wedding. Unfortunately DHL lost my package. The tracking service said it was on delivery but it never arrived.
When I emailed Elegance of Elena to say that it had got lost, they pulled out all stops as they knew it was for my special day. They phoned me personally and because they did not have my size in stock, they arranged to get a pair made specially so that I received them in a timely manner.
They even put a little surprise gift and personal note in the packet to make up for the inconvenience even though it was not their fault.
A fabulous caring service and the boots were fabulous. Any bride is in safe hands with this company as they clearly care

I ordered a really lovely pair of bridal shoes, with lovely tulle ties which came beautifully wrapped in a pretty box with separate bags for each shoe. There was a nice touch of a little shiny sixpence in a small box too to bring good luck on the wedding day. I love my shoes, they're gorgeous and match my dress really well and I cannot wait to wear them on my wedding day.

I have never used this store or even heard of it. I was struggling to find mother of the bride shoes when searching I stumbled upon elena
They have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish the online chat was very good when I queried a few things before purchasing. The items I ordered came very quickly and the packaging and quality was excellent. I ordered several pairs of shoes and when they came I was spoilt for choice. I returned one pair and again this was faultless with my refund returned within 3 days. I will definitely recommend and use again
