Very quick service. Packaged beautifully and the six pence was a lovely touch. Unfortunately they didn't quite work with my wedding dress so I had to return them. Return was very easy to organise. Would recommend.

A very easy buying experience. The shoes were very well packaged, arrived quickly and were of stunning quality. I ordered two pairs and the pair that I did not chose I sent back. My to be daughter in law Debbie is terminal with breast cancer.
Sadly in the past week her cancer has spread rapidly and is very noticeable on her chest and arms.
Debbie has been inchospital for 3 days only leaving 4 days before her wedding to my son. Debbie was so upset that she would now look a mess as her dress is v necked and sleeveless. So I set off on the Internet and ordered her a shawl type top only the next day to be badly let down leaving one day to try and rescue Debbie's day
With the help from James through a telephone call he went beyond giving a service . James very kindly searched through his suppliers and said he wouldn't be beaten, he would endeavour to find Debbie a bride to be he did not know have her special day. So this is what he did, spending all morning searching through his contacts and suppliers and eventually found the ideal garment for Debbie to ware. This was so beautiful and will deflect from Debbie's cancer being evident. James then delivered the garment to my home in Melton Mowbray, he would not take any payment for his time, petrol and most of all his kindness.
So I popped around to Debbie's and when she saw the garment her eyes actually sparkled, a look I will remember and all thanks to a phone call to a person I had never met before. So thank you James you truly will never know how you made a very sad bride sparkle.

Angela went above and beyond with ensuring I got my shoes on time for my wedding! With all the issues around brexit and what not, there were obviously some delays. Not only did Angela keep me in the loop at all times, but she gave the best customer service, with a few free hits with my order. She ensured I had shoes for my dress fitting the same height as the ones for the day.

I found Elegance of Elena via a supplier after trying to find the shoes for over a month. They were shipped (to mainland Europe) the next day and I received my order with a cute note in under 48 hours, so great service.
Shipping cost is rather expensive but I knew that upfront and there was nothing hidden.

I purchased a pair of satin sandals, they are lovely if a little tight, as they are handmade and bought online it is difficult to know what the fit will be like. They are a nice quality but I suspect great care will need to be taken so as not to mark the upper fabric. They are nicely lined with real leather which offers padding and comfort for the soles of your feet.They took a couple of weeks longer than advised at time of purchase. Thankfully I ordered in plenty of time. There was no update from customer service as to any delays, however when prompted I did get an ETA. They arrived well packaged and in a beautiful box with a silver sixpence including description. I guess I’ll have all the luck with this and the other receive from our stationery supplier, nice touch though. In the package a couple of other free gifts were included. My big day is not for 7 weeks, but I am pleased to have my sandals ready for dress fittings.

I called through as I had a question regarding delivery and I recieved the most personable service,also upgraded me to next day delivery and sent a little gift as my chosen shoes were out of stock. I ended up ordering another pair which came really quick and were absolutely stunning, perfect height and so comfy for someone who doesn't do heels! l also loved the lucky sixpence which was included with the shoes, such a lovely touch. I will def be recommending you to others!

I received my wedding shoes in 2 days after I ordered and they are lovely. The box and presentation was also lovely. They fit well and are comfortable. I would recommend. Xx

Outstanding customer service.
My ordered shoe was unfortunately going to be delayed beyond my wedding date.
However Angela contacted me and offered me various options, including an alternative shoe. I chose one of the alternatives, which arrived quickly, and with a lovely free gift included.
The shoe was gorgeous and, I decided, even better than my first choice!
Simple, elegant and supremely comfortable.
They were easy to wear all day and looked great.
