My beautiful shoes for my daughters wedding were delayed after ordering. Throughout the delay the shop were very apologetic and honest about their revised due date. The delay wasn’t the fault of the shop - it was a shipping issue. Because of their honesty and regular updates I held off cancelling them. I’m so glad I did!! They have arrived and I’m very very happy with them! Thankyou xx

To say they have had really difficult problems with the border controls they have given exceptional customer service throughout. From placing my order to receiving my shoes, they have kept me up to date at every stage and also gone above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer.
I would 100% recommend them.

I recently purchased my wedding shoes from Elegance of Elena, there was a small delay on the shoes- (due the manufacturer because of covid which was out of their control) and the customer service I received was outstanding, I received regular updates and delivery information and I also received a beautiful free gift because of the small delay!, unlike a lot companies they genuinely seem to care about their customers which is so refreshing!. my shoes arrived beautifully packaged and I am so happy with them.

Everyone at Elegance of Elena has been extremely kind and helpful. The original pair of bridal shoes I wanted were out of stock but after a week or so I had an email saying they now had a pair in my size and would hold them for me if I wanted them.

The shoes arrived very promptly, but unfortunately the style did not suit my feet so sent them back. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase anything from this shop, lovely ladies and fantastic service!

Ive been having the since October last year, they started really great with things you wouldn't even think to remember but it seems (to me and in my opinion) that the boxes have gotten smaller, with less in them and not as good as the early boxes. I was LOVING them, but not when I open them in the past few months, they're just not as good or as thoughtful (sorry :( )

Orderd some shoes online and had a question so used their Facebook messenger service and the reply was super quick and very helpful. Service was 5* and I’m also really pleased with the shoes!

Shoes are true to size. They are beautiful. The low heels are perfect, as a mother of the bride I intend to dance in them all day
Returns are easy too, I had originally gone a size up and had to return.

This company we’re absolutely amazing from the online chat to help me with measurements right to the dress itself! Couldn’t recommend them anymore honestly💖

Good delivery and packed well. The shoes are well made and comfortable.The extra wide fit is great. Shall look forward to being very comfortable in them at my daughters wedding.

I ordered a flowergirl dress and a pair of wedding shoes for myself from this website. The flower girl dress was hand delivered to myself within a week, and the quality of it is INCREDIBLE, its like a mini wedding dress! I am so excited for my shoes to arrive at the end of this month and I will be sure to write another review onceIi have received them!

It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish dealing with Angela from Elegance of Elena. Angela was patient and so knowledgeable whilst trying to find a pair of shoes for my wedding day. I ordered some shoes, and they were not the right size. I contacted Angela and she arranged a returns label and a local pick up to be arranged to send the shoes back. I have now received the right sized shoes and am so excited to wear them on on my wedding day. The shoe quality and comfort was amazing and the customer service second to none. Thanks a lot Anglea.
