This is a SCAM site!!! I won, and then tried to withdraw. Mind you it's Bitcoin. So, the withdrawal didn't go through. I asked why, they said I need to do my KYC. On Bitcoin??! So, I went ahead and did what they asked. After patiently waiting for them to approve me, they finally verify my account. So I go to withdraw, and my money is gone. I ask customer support what is going on. They said my winnings were removed because the bonus expired. Wth?? First of all, I did everything they asked as soon as they asked. I had opted to play at elegant. Seemed fine and well. I made a withdrawal for 1100$ was sent an email stating i would receive within 24 hrs. They requested some additional documents which I sent into them via email. And i went into my account only to find my withdrawal cancelled. Wen I asked live support they stated I hadnt sent any of my documents in even tho I have a long elaborate email from them thanking me for sending in my documents and saying I have multiple accounts which I do not have. I only have one email that receives any emails from them and I only have one password and account name saved in my password manager. This is absolutely ridiculous.
