writing on behalf of my elderly parents, when the engineer realised that their current boiler was unsafe he immedietly sealed it off and explained the situation and what action the company would now take.

Johan at Element 3 has been servicing and repairing our heating system for many years now, as well as installing some Google Nest technology too. He's deservedly popular but we've always had nothing but brilliant communication and service every time.

As usual, exceptional service from Johan and Faye. Wouldn’t consider going with any other company.

Johan is amazing!! Brilliant and knowledgeable, trustworthy and very reliable. We have a boiler/heating system in our home that always seems to play up at the worst possible times and Johan is always fantastic at helping to get issues resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

After horrendous experiences with British Gas and Swale Heating, I discovered these guys. They supplied & fitted our boiler about 4years back, whole system & have serviced it without fail every year. Literally cannot fault these guys.

I was not at home but my neighbour Maggie saw the work being done and she was very imressed with the engineer.

J, the engineer arrived on time, respected my carpets and LISTENED to me and details of the problem. He explained what he would do, kept me informed at every stage and kept me calm when the issue was identified as an incorrect part fitted by another company! I feel confident in Element 3.
