Element-3 recently replaced our CH boiler - Superb
Element-3 recently replaced our central heating and hot water boiler - quite a big job due to the old system configuration. Johan and his team did a superb job - completed within two days as planned. Not only were the whole team professional and polite - and extremely nice people, the extra touches that we really appreciated were i) they tidied up so thoroughly you wouldn't know they had been here, ii) they brought four electric heaters to warm our house while the heating was off, and iii) the courtesy calls before and after the work. A superb experience - fully recommended.

I would definitely recommend Element3-Heating. From booking the appointment with Faye to having my boiler serviced, I had a really good experience with this company. The engineer (Johan) arrived early and he was really polite, friendly and knowledgable. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain the functions and settings of my boiler and advised on how to maximise its efficiency. Really excellent service overall. Will definitely instruct again.

The engineer Yohan was very helpful…
The engineer Yohan was very helpful asking all of the right questions to diagnose the issue. We didn't manage to fix all of the problems without having to turn it into a huge job but we did manage to get my heating system working again which was the main problem.
