Excellent all round 5* service. Very impressed. Found the company online. Had no recommendations. Replacement Danfoss programmer arrived next day and i had the boiler up and running within 24hr of placing the order. Best price for the part. Highly recommended.

Do you want low quality product and no refund?
I bought the Heatmiser neoHub Neo System Gateway G2 and after 2 months, it was broken down, then I asked for an exchange, then they said I need to return to Heatmiser to test it before they can refund me. But now already after 2 weeks, nothing happen. Elementshop will not refund me and there is no response from Heatmiser.

Website extremely misleading on very expensive delivery costs
Website states standard delivery is only £4.99 but when you get to checkout the only delivery option available is for just under £20. Feels like very misleading statement on the website.
