Outstanding experience
I had such a positive experience. I was working with tight deadlines and had to change my delivery address for the piece to get to me in time, and Laura was just outstanding. For reference, I’ve had to make similar requests to at least 2 other stores, and Laura’s level of proactivity and professionalism exceeded both. I would definitely recommend.

Very disappointing experience
I ordered a bathing suit from Paul Smith and it was of terrible quality. I wonder if it’s actually from the brand. After first wash the water was pink and the bathing suit has pink stains on the front now. It’s very disappointing.
