I've had a pair of Remonti pink trainers now from Elevate and they are still my favourite. They are the comfiest trainers I've ever had. I just wish there was a shop closer.

I’ve used this company for some years and have always found them friendly and helpful. Their prices have always seemed very competitive when compared with other companies offering the same product. I’ve also visited a couple of their shops in Wales and found their staff to be very knowledgeable. Haven’t visited their new shop in Chester yet - on my to do list!

Excellent, family run business. No complaints at all. Fast dispatch
too. Would use them over a high street chain any day. Wide selection of quality branded footwear to choose from and easy returns if not suitable. I highly recommend this business.

Amazing range of footwear. Have purchased 4 times from the company and each time the items were just as described, boxed and packaged really well and delivered within 2 days. Therefore have had no need to contact customer services. The website was easy to navigate. Have recommended to a number of friends.

Whenever I’ve ordered from elevate your sole I’ve been amazed at how quickly I’ve received my orders.
When I had a problem ( manufacturing fault ) last year they responded almost immediately. The issue was sorted with a replacement from the manufacturer. I honestly couldn’t fault their customer service.
They definitely care.

I don’t often buy shoes online but this lovely shop has such a wonderful selection of all the makers that I can buy the size I know will fit me. I would certainly recommend them for choice and delivery to your door.
So far I have never had to return a purchase so can’t comment on that side.

The staff in the Chester store were so helpful and friendly. I was ages trying to decide on my purchase but nothing was too much trouble. I certainly would recommend this shop and their products.

Quality footwear, unusual different choice, prompt service

Brilliant service from Elevate your Sole. Went in for a pair of boots I had seen in their online shop and came out with two pairs. Good quality shoes and boots etc. Prices are not inflated if you look at other websites as a comparison and you get the benefit in store of the one to one service, not someone leaving a box on your doorstep. So sorry that they have left Prestatyn but the other stores are not to far away.

1st class customer service, brilliant choice of Reiker shoes. I can only wear Reiker due to Arthritis and Plantar Fasciitis and this is my favourite shop. I know I can buy lovely shoes either in store or online and receive the same
level of service.

A lovely firm to deal with. Friendly and very good service. We ordered online, the shoes came very quickly and were well packaged. Carries a good selection of shoes. We couldn’t fault them.

I didn't know this Reiker shop was in Chester and was so excited to go in as their footwear (I've had shoes and boots before) are amazingly comfortable. The staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble and I bought three pairs of sandals so I'm stocked up for a while. This will be my go to store for any footwear from now on.

Always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The staff in Llandudno branch are friendly and efficient which makes for pleasant shopping.

Discovered lunar make of boots in the Winter never off my feet - waterproof and warm lining.
Thrilled to get equally comfy leather trainer style in same make for the summer.
Can't wait for my autumn visit soon.

Some time ago I was looking for a specific pair of Gabor ankle boots and found them in Elevate your sole. And they were on Sale! I've subsequently purchased several Sketchers shoes and Sketchers boots from here because the service is fantastic.

This time I went back to my old favourite Gabor - in a sale again! Excellent shipping, my packaging is still being used to house the shoes as I'm a bit of a shoe nut and like to stack them in the original boxes so I know what's in the box - the little picture gives me all the information I need.

Hal has gone above and beyond when a pair of shoes aren't in my size and he'll do everything possible to organise fast shipping once he's found them.

I have used elevate your sole twice recently and found that the service was very good, goods were received on time and the goods were as ordered and of good quality.

My absolute favourite shoe shop. I have a slightly wider foot and can always get really smart comfortable footwear by brands such as Gabor, Waldlaufer and Caprice. I love the loyalty scheme which gives me a nice discount now and again. The staff are so helpful and friendly. So lucky to have such a large independent store not too far away.

As always a great visit to elevate your sole. Perfect service , advice and help.
Came away with boots and trainers and 2 pairs of shoes for hubby- all fantastic quality and price! Plus using my blue light card is an added bonus

I have no complaints with my purchases from Elevate Your Soul.I was thanked for my orders kept up to date with my delivery and on one of my orders my purchase was unfortunately to big I sent an email asking if I could return for a smaller size which they responded to quickly and were very helpful delivery was quick .They were always polite and I can’t thank them enough they have a fabulous range of footwear and other goods and I’m sure I’ll be purchasing again from them .Thanks everyone at Elevate your Sole for a brilliant experience 😊
