They sell seconds substandard footwear and do everything possible to scam you and a refund is a unpleasant rude fight with no consideration for good customer service. The feedback is simply unbelievable

I want to return some boots as they are too big. I have contacted the company through their website as per their T&Cs, but you have to wait for them to respond. No simple return information on their website.
I have contacted their shop and advised of my intention to return, but was originally advised I had to await an email response. As I was unsatisfied with this service, I suggested I would post the boots to their shop, which the shop assistant confirmed would be alright. Why make returning so challenging?

I have visited the shop when in Llandudno and have ordered online several times. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. Ordering and returning is really quick and easy. Happy to recommend.
