I had a problem with an XXL lid which I purchased 20 months ago. I contacted Elho, dealt with Nanda who very quickly sorted it out and a replacement lid is on the way from Holland. Excellent customer service! I have other Elho products and highly rate them! If you are looking for excellent value garden products, I would definitely recommend Elho!

I had a query on the size of a product. They came back to me very quickly with the information I required to enable me to order the product. I would recommend this company, as the customer service is excellent. I was very impressed, especially as they are not based in the UK. However, they have Garden Centres all over the country for you to purchase their goods here. They certainly deserve my awarded 5* review.

Ordering and delivery went smooth and fast .

I haven’t received anything yet! Today is 13th June and I was supposed to receive my order on the 10th. I’ve sent an email for information but not answer. I also called the phone in the website and an automated reply told me the stuff was not working. I still don’t know when and if I will receive my order!

Excellent aftersales service.

I have used an Elho Nordman 52 Chistmas tree holder for a few years now, and it is a great product. Keeps a large tree very stable with opposing forces from 4 bolts and attached nuts which grip the tree trunk.

I noticed that 2 of the nuts were missing (I think they must have been embedded in a previous year's tree following removal) and I emailed a few different suppliers to see if I could purchase replacements. None of these suppliers were able to help me.

I then emailed Elho directly, and not only were they able to provide the parts, they offered to do so for free (I had offered to purchase these in my original email).

I have today received a full pack of spare bolts and nuts, sent directly to me from Holland, at no charge. So I now have the replacements I need, as well as some spares should the issue ever recur.

A really good aftersales experience, and indicative of a company focused on meeting the needs of its customers.

I bought two large white square pots from Elho over a hundred pounds each, great design and they looked amazing. But when I put the pots in the garden I noticed black plastic grit showing through the white after only a few minutes. I wrote to Elho and they told me that you must not get soil/ compost on the pots as this will happen.. I only got a tiny drop of water on mine , not anything else. They have a ten year guarantee on their products and yet they refuse to help. So you can’t put soil in the pots or get water on them , but you could possibly put artificial plants in the pots and hope they never get dirty or wet...better still don’t buy them just to get ripped off. Very disappointed and angry ..terrible company!

Efter at jeg i to omgange havde fået leveret en "Pure raindrop" regnvandsopsamler, hvor aftapningshanen var knækket af i gevindet (købet gennem en Dansk leverandør ikke direkte hos Elho), fordi den var sendt med hanen monteret, kontaktede jeg Elho. Her ytrede jeg min bekymring omkring produktet og mere specifikt hanens holdbarhed. De mente dog ikke at det generelt var et problem når den først var monteret og tilbød selv at sende mig 2 haner (uden beregning), som jeg selv kunne skifte. Jeg havde hanerne 4 dage senere.
Super service, kort svar tid og lydhøre.

After I on two occasions had received a "Pure raindrop" rain collector, with a broken drain tap (the acquisition was through a Danish supplier not directly from Elho, not even shipped by Elho) because it was sent with the tap already fitted, I contacted Elho. Here I expressed my concern about the product and more specifically the durability of the drain tap. They did not, however find this to be a general problem once the container had been mounted on a wall, and offered to send me two taps (free of charge) so I could change them myself. I had taps 4 days later.
Super service, short response time and listens to the consumer.
