We’ve had Frankie do all sorts over the years from new radiators, boiler servicing and fixing leaks and every time it’s a 10/10 experience. On this occasion, it was a leak on the boiler a week before Christmas, and I cannot thank Frankie and Georgia enough for squeezing us in to get it fixed during the busiest time of year for them. They are the loveliest people, who genuinely care about their customers, and I can whole heartedly recommend Elite Heat!

Excellent service - my heating stopped unexpectedly just into a cold spell and I was very pleased with the response I received. I was also pleased with the price as I was expecting it to be much higher - I have signed up for annual servicing as I know how reliable this company is.

Elite Heating proved to be extremely professional and delivered high quality work as part of a range of plumbing requirements to complete a kitchen renovation. The engineer was really helpful, gave good options and clear impacts where they identified issues due to the age of the house and it's plumbing. Elite Heating then quickly organised additional dates and times for the completion of the remedial works. No hassle, no mess, just great customer service and great work which I am extremely happy with.

Georgia has the company’s diary down to a fine art and runs a tight ship. As a result Frankie always arrives at the allotted time. The team are friendly and know their stuff. We have been using Elite for some time for jobs such as servicing the boiler / fire as well as fitting out our new bathroom. The quality of the work and accessories are in my opinion second to none. We are probably due to renew our 15plus year old boiler soon and know just the company to call in.
