It was very easy to arrange a survey, then rearrange following a change to our completion date. The surveyor was pleasant, highly professional and very thorough, with an incredibly fine eye for detail - he spotted loads of cosmetic as well as other issues and was very helpful regarding our own suggestions and queries. The clear and comprehensive report came within a few days and was invaluable in discussing snags with our developers. The whole process was impressive and reassuring. A very good investment, highly recommended.

An amazingly comprehensive inspection done. I don't think I spotted 10% of the issues. I would definitely recommend Elite Snag.

Thanks for Elite Snag team to provide a professional snagging inspection for my new house. Layman may not aware of defects, they have identified and put it in the report that we can easily follow up those issues with the builder.

Money well spent. Could not be happier with the amount of detail that went into the survey on my new build house. Every inch of the house both internally and externally was covered and the defects picked up were detailed thoroughly in the report. Many of the issues picked up would have gone unnoticed by myself. I did not expect there to be as many snagging issues identified as there were as I’d looked around the house myself so it’s well worth paying for an expert to come out and give you a thorough report you can then pass onto your builder to get all the issues fixed. Very professional company and I would highly recommend them.

The snag expert was very friendly and thorough. He completed the report by the date he had promised.
However, he missed some minor snags.

Thorough inspection of our new build supported by use of a thermal camera, a boroscope and drone survey. Detailed report providing clear descriptions for submission to the developer. Post survey on-going support offered as an option. Highly recommended.

Elite Snag attended my new build on 21st December 2022. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional from the start. They made me feel at ease instantly, chatting things through, getting to know me and the situations around the house.

At the end of the survey they did a quick summary with me of some of the more major snags that would need looked at and a handful of the lesser ones, ensuring we knew what we would see in the report, which came back in good time and was very detailed.

I can't thank the team enough for the report I've just received on our new build, we've had numerous problems from the very start so I thought best to get an expert in and check for issues that the untrained eye doesn't see. What I received was quite frankly staggering, and I'm very much looking forward to presenting it to the builders this week. My advice to anyone would be to get these guys in, the experts, it will save you a lot of time and money in the future.
