House was nice
House was nice. Good location. Only down fall needed new bed linen. Had to remove a frog from one of the rooms upstairs. Overall I was satisfied with my stay.

Excellent company and outstanding customer service. The vacation homes are reasonably priced and conveniently located about 10 minutes from the major Disney destinations.
I highly recommend them.

The house was great
The house was great! Just a few things missing. No paper towels. I would think they would furnish at least one roll. There were no box of tissues in the bathrooms. Like the paper towels, at least one per bathroom would have been nice. The master bathroom needs a little tender care. One of the basins was chipped. You can tell it's age. Same with the shower, it needs some deep cleaning, maybe regrouting. Loved the pool area, looking at the lake, but it would have been nice to have a handle to get in or out of the pool. Hedges on one side made it private at least on one side. All and all a great house, just some minor issues.

The homes are self-catering therefore toiletries, like paper towels and tissues, are not provided. We understand renting a vacation home is very different from a hotel room and try to convey those differences to every guest via booking confirmation and website. We truly regret you were unaware of our policy.
