I have used cycle balance for two years now specifically in an effort to control hormonal acne. From the start of using the balance my face cleared up and remained that way. I was unsure if it was the product and after moving overseas I went two months without it and my face flared up again. The only bummer is that they cant ship to APO locations but I know that's out of their control so now I just make sure to stock up when I am back in the US! That being said I do wish there was more flexibility with individual pricing versus the subscription as it can be quite a significant difference.

Elix has changed my life - I didn't even know how much I was suffering from PMS before I tried elix to fix it. I use a the dose recommended between light and medium issues. My digestion issues are gone, I'm a new person. I needed this 10 years ago.

Really hopeful that this would work for my endometriosis - but I noticed no shift. The first time I met with Dr. Sarah, she recommended I do a double dose (more expensive), a daily tincture, and a sleep tincture. Sadly, none of them helped. After three months, I was willing to try more so I met w her again - she modified the custom tincture not at double dose and a different daily tincture. Noticed zero change. They luckily have made it easier to cancel but the first few times, cancelling was a nightmare. I'm super disappointed because I reached out to Dr. Sarah to say it wasn't working and I didn't know what to do and never got a response. So I cancelled. And now I will have a bunch extra money every month. I do wish it worked and I do work with herbal medicine. But this was not a good experience for me.

I’ve been loving Elix so much it has helped me regulate my cycle. As to customer service, it has been excellent. I’ve asked for assistance to update my payment method and they’ve been very prompt and helpful and in no time got what I needed to do and everything was set in place. Thank you, Belle for your help!

Very personal experience with everything. I am always speaking to a human being, they do all of my requests, never handing me off to the next person. Always referring me to the right medical person/next person to answer the question better/getting me the best answer. Amazing company.

Totally misleading subscription and return policies, basically forced into a subscription. Tried cancelling my subscription and return product but the company neglected to refund nor return. Hoped for the best but lost $200+ of my hard earned money in this economy for a product that didn’t even work. extremely disappointed.

Elix has been one of the greatest things I have done for my hormones and health. I really don't think I would be pregnant with my first baby without the support this has given my body. The team at Elix has been wonderful with any and all of my customer service needs. Thank you for making such a high quality product and taking such good care of the women who come to you.

Currently using Daily Harmony, and it has been working great to actually mitigate the daytime sleepiness, especially with how it manifests as exhausted muscles around my upper body (arms, chest) and then my thighs, and after finishing my beverage where I put some Daily Harmony in there, it's as if that tension and exhaustion just "melts" away.

Aside from that, customer service via their chat tool on their website is great too. They entertained and answered all my questions with good detail!

Significantly improved my pain and PMS symptoms. Shortened my period therefore improving my energy throughout the month. My cycle used to derail my whole life only having about 3 days a month where I felt normal. Mood swings went from 11/10 intensity 3 weeks out of the month down to 3/10 intensity 1 week a month. Pain went from 9/10 intensity for 2-3 weeks a month down to 3-4/10 intensity less than 1 week a month. I am honestly blown away and recommend this to anyone that will listen.

I've been taking it for 4 or 5 months now and noticed an improvement after about 2 weeks of taking it. My cycle continues to improve.

Overall a great experience, high quality products that work. The constant price increase just did not fit in my budget. Also I was able to get my health in a place that I was not reliant on the product. I recommend this brand hands down over any competitor and will return if needed.

The team is super helpful! Getting a special, unique blend of herbs that work best for you is great! Staying consistent with your formula is very important, when I stayed on top of it I had much better/easier to deal with period symptoms! And when I found out I was pregnant they recommended I switch to the gingeraide instead to help with the morning sickness nausea! They’ve been super helpful and I just appreciate how kind they are!

I have asked them to cancel my subscriptions twice and they haven't done it. Like full conversations with their "care" team to cancel my subscription. They have confirmed receipt of my request, yet they claim they're unable to cancel it from their side. I understand the ask that I login to an account to cancel something myself, but I think it's horrible customer service to have a conversation with a customer back and forth via email about how my desire is to cancel recurring shipments because their product did not work for me after 6 months of testing it out, and then to not actually cancel it on their end. It's borderline scammy, and I would expect this from a shady gym but not a high end health company that claims to only want to help women.

Elix’s customer service is incredible! They always respond promptly and help me solve any problems I have- and they’re great at following up and checking in. Also, their products work like MAGIC. I’m so lucky to have their supplements as a resource!

I sent an email requesting for a cancelation of the subscription. Then I get billed again. They mentioned it was not enough to request a cancelation to the support team, but you also need to complete additional steps. I feel like they say there’s no cancellation or refunds because the formula is exclusive. The product did not work for me why would I keep wanting to get bottles and pay such a high price. Pretty disappointed because I really liked this concept and had hope.

I highly recommend this product. I have been using it for a month, and it has helped me tremendously with my menstrual pain. For over a year, I experienced severe pain after stopping my birth control in an effort to get pregnant. The pain during my periods was unbearable, often reaching a level of 10. However, after starting to take six drops of this product daily, I was amazed to find that my pain decreased to a manageable level of three or four. This improvement has allowed me to move around and accomplish tasks around the house. I strongly encourage anyone struggling with similar issues to try this product at least once, especially when you feel desperate. I suspect I have low progesterone, and this product has made a significant difference for me.

I stopped having periods in 2021 (I was only 32) after a small bowel obstruction that made me drop under 90 pounds.
