disappointed in your company
I have sent the earrings back. They were to heavy. I returned to address on package. 90.00 $ I still have not received a refund. Very disappointed this is going on for months. I was approved to return them and I did that. Don’t think I will be doing business with you in the future. It is not been a pleasant experience for company of your caliber. I returned my order on the 21st of March (the items arrived back at Eljae's warehouse on the 22nd of March) but I have not received my money back yet or an email to confirm they've processe/received my return. I have contacted the company since but have not heard back from them. Now I've lost my money (£60+) plus don't have the jewellery anymore. Very very bad experience

The items I ordered are absolutely beautiful! Such good quality.
One of the items I ordered must have been out of stock as I received an email and a refund almost straight after my order letting my know that it was unavailable, which was really great.

Beautiful necklace purchased from the range. Added some sample bits to the order and was super pleased with these and the quality. Can’t comment on longevity of the jewellery yet but first impressions are good,

GREAT PRODUCTS, POOR COMMUNICATION!!
Despite poor communication and website advertising the wrong arrival times (it said it would arrive in 3-5 working days but came 2 weeks later). I must said I am absolutely in love with my item and would defiantly purchase from them again,I will just bear in mind that I need to allow more time for the arrival! (No last minute orders I'm afraid!)
Also, company need to work on better comms as no one responds to emails.

Undoubtedly the best jewellery I own. Fantastic quality and looks great!. I buy Eljae jewellery for my fam and friends and they love it too. The customer service I’ve received is second to none hence why I keep coming back time and time again <3
