The item you purchased was actually on preorder which dispatched on the 3rd of December as stated in the item description.
You should have received an email with your tracking number (sometimes you can find this in your Spam/Junk mail).
You then would have received your parcel shortly after. Please let me know if you are still experiencing issues and we will be happy to assist you.
Still looks brand new a year later
No marks, still looks new a year later! Conscious of the prices, but definitely worth the investment so will build my collection slowly. Can't fault the product, recommend!

I wasn't too impressed this time…
I wasn't too impressed this time around,the bracelet I bought I have worn maybe couple of times,and slept with it one night,forgot to take it off...but my hand turn blue,and I can see colour already coming off...I would actually expect a bit more for the price ,as items actually are beautiful.... unfortunately won't return to shop ... #StayBlessed
