The service was quick and efficient. I used clock and collect and it was ready for me to collect the next day even though it said up to three days.
The clothing was excellent quality so really pleased.
The only thing I would say is the curve sizing can be a little smaller than stated so try to make sure that it is sized more accurately as some curvey ladies like clothes to be a looser fit rather than a snug fit.
My outfit was perfect for me.
Well done Ellatino for the lovely clothes and accessories you stock. Loving the bright colours by the way.

First time buying from Ellatino and absolutely love the clothes ranges! Unfortunately for me the sizing was just too small so I am gutted but I have to say, I returned all of my items and got a refund and the process was effortless! Thank you so much….please let me know if your range ever goes slightly bigger or if I lose a few pounds I’ll be back for sure.

This is my fave clothing boutique/website and have been shopping with them for a few years now, gorgeous products and great customer service whenever I have needed it 💕

I ordered 3 bags. Everyone has a fault on the lock. Very poor quality.
However I contacted customer service a few times no reply. I sent the bags back it showed delivered no reply.
BAD customer service and all 3 bags ordered faulty. This is not good enough!
The 1 star was for the clothes I recieved they were OK.
DO not buy and bags. Very poor quality and BAD customer service!!!

Everything was delivered quickly and I am in the United States. My only complaint was a couple things that didn’t look good on me, but probably would look good on everybody else. The slippers are to die for.

Ordered a set for my holiday I had an email stating- dispatched with tracking number. Two weeks later royal mail still never had parcel. After contacting PayPal and Ellatino I waited 3 days for a response to then be told item was sold out . Got my full refund which is good of them. Maybe there needs to be some form of process in place where if something isn't in stock. Contact the buyer - or send refund as soon as you know. Not over 2 weeks later after the buyer contacts you. Lovely outfits on their website though 😍

I was very pleased with my order. The quality and fit was very good.

First time ordering clothes, as ordered bags before. Absolutely love my 3 piece, flared leggings, top and over top. Good material, comfortable and delivery quick. Not too flared for me either as I was pleasantly surprised that they suited me as only use to straight leg or tight fitted leggings. Very happy with product.

I love the quality of the clothing as it’s always nice and thick material and even after one wash it still looks exactly the same from when you brought it. No bobbling over the item which is a big bonus for me and it’s a pet hate of mine. I would say your clothing is worth the money and keep up what your doing and it’s great.
