Lots of broken promises. DO NOT USE. Should be shut down.
A few things were annoying with customer communications. never addressed me by my name, always "young lady". Felt very dismissive and demeaning. I'm in my 30's.
I paid for multiple parts to be replaced. There was a leek that Lee did not find, and made me pay again.
I eventually spotted the issue myself, and he came to replace. it was a "big job" and he'd need to hire someone else for the day too.. I paid for two workers but only one arrived. He nearly forgot to give me a boiler service before leaving, but did when I highlighted he had not.
He was also meant to hire a machine to that day do something with my radiators - but that wasn't done.
It continued to be unreliable. I was promised a visit to check why, when he was next in the area, but this never happened.
Maybe 3 or 4 months later, my boiler EXPLODED. electrical burning smell, the door flew off the front and dented my wall. I called very scared, first he said I was lying, having been in my small bathroom when this happened. He promised to come and look in the morning (so much for 24/7!)
In the morning I got a text saying he would not be coming unless I paid for a full boiler replacement.
He was INSISTANT that invoices get paid within 20 mins of leaving the house.. Legally its 30 days. I should have held off to confirm that the work would last 30 days, as it never did.
On the last visit he mentioned he'd "found an Indian family dead" in one of his jobs, from C02 poisoning. Shoddy work?
My family have is made up of plumbers. They have since visited, looked at the work and reported to the correct people.
I'd spent so much fixing the parts twice, (computer part is not cheep!) that a year later, I am still living without hot water or heating. and between visits, I'd not had any hot water or heating longer then two days.
