Ellis & Co Reviews 

Very poor experience with Ellis & Co Greenford, which is disappointing given the reputation of the wider Ellis & Co franchise. Serious issues with mould, damp and pests were repeatedly downplayed, and important findings from professional inspections were not acted on. Communication was slow and incomplete, and repairs were delayed for long periods, even when safety hazards and injuries were involved. As long‑term tenants, we expected better support and professionalism. I also noticed that many of the positive reviews for this branch look unusually similar in style, which made me question how representative they are of real customer experiences.

We began our tenancy application with this agency on 26 February and were expecting to move in 10 days later. The agency informed us at the last minute that the landlord would not proceed with the rental due to refurbishment, without providing any documentation or clear explanation.
The sudden cancellation caused significant inconvenience, and the communication throughout the process was poor. Potential tenants should be aware that plans may change unexpectedly, and ensure all details are confirmed in writing.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this agency.

To my delight I have just secured a tenancy through the Stanmore branch. The Senior Lettings Manager went out of his way to inform me as soon as a property matching my requirements became available. Rana steered me through the whole process, offering help when I found some of the elements of the checking process a bit daunting. Of the 4 agencies with whom I registered this was the only one to offer me properties that matched my criteria. I absolutely recommend Ellis & Co.

We have been with Ellis & Co for 11 Years in their 2 properties in Harrow.They have wonderful Staff who are always super supportive and take care of each and every comfort within the property during tendency.If I have to Specifically mention a few names of this wonderful management they are Ray Gohil, Marta Fiedorow & Rana Hijazi who are currently on top of the list in facilitating us.God Bless them.

Ray and the team were exceptional in their help in helping us find and move into the property. From the get go he explained everything to us, gave us constant updates and answered all our questions. 10/10 service!

We used Ellis & co Greenford branch for the sale of our deceased parents house which needed a 100% make over but Reid took the reigns and marketed the house perfectly and found the perfect buyers within a couple of weeks.
Unfortunately we had a few hiccups along the way but negotiated between all parties and put up with my sarcastic comments usually an a daily basis.
Reid and the whole company seem a very genuine and honest estate agency and deserve the praise for getting mum and dad's house sold.
Would recommend them all day long and have done already.

Mara is a very friendly and helpful person who as I always contacted with for the property issues . could took hours throughout emails ,phone calls to try to help sort it out the problem and keep following the process until things get straight !and always bean so patient ,and always respond the required so fast .i m so happy to have her there to looking after my property.

Just rented a 2-bedroom place through Ellis & Co and honestly, they made the whole process super easy. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond.

Booking viewings was simple, the paperwork was all online and straightforward, and they kept me in the loop the whole time.

After some months having failed to sell my house with another agent I contacted the Kenton office of Ellis & Co. The staff, especially Carl and Viren, were really helpful. They gave me excellent advice resulting in the sale of my house at a decent price. I would highly recommend them.
