I highly recommend Parash. He is extremely professional and did an excellent job keeping the communication flowing between the buyer and the seller. I was always kept fully informed and updated at every stage of the process.

Block management agents have a bad reputation for good reason. Ellis & Co Wembley in no different.

What initially seem like a good choice has left lessees in exactly the same position as with previous cowboy managing agent - no responses to emails or returning phone calls. Months to action requests of rubbish removal, cleaning and Health & Safety issues. Choosing to ignore lease requirements when it suits them.

The block has rarely looked as bad as it has under Ellis & Co's Wembley care. Their staff may as well wear stetsons.

We had a short term rent through Ellis and co Wembley They were diligent in signing us onto tendency agreement , we paid 3 months rent in advance plus deposit. We then added extra month. No delay paid in minutes of agreement. The flat was clean and served our propose for 4 months. We left the flat clean exactly as we received it. Ellis and Co team agreed everything was in order. Now it’s nearly month Ellis &co wembley is delaying our deposit. They are avoiding us giving us the run around. They is wrong , illegal and unfair. Now we are told the manager is away till next year. Which means it may take 3 months to get our deposit back. It beyond wrong. Our agreement say 2 weeks after we leave we will get our deposit back it now 2 months. Daylight robbery

I wouldn't recommend renting through Ellis & Co. The viewing etc are often good and the some of their staff is great. My experience has been that they often disregard or contradict their own previous communications. Ellis & Co often overlook complaints unless being chased upon and provide inconsistent information to landlords and tenants, which can be quite contradictory. While I prefer not to name individuals publicly, I’m open to sharing specific details if contacted directly by the company.

Overall my rating is 3 and below because they fail to listen.

Saumil and Ravi are experienced and exceptionally knowledgeable. They guided me through the lettings process whilst advising on the statutory letting compliance and completing all the documentation. They are very efficient and always respond in a timely manner, even when on vacation!

I have been using Ellis and Co for about a year now for the management of my rental property and I can have no complaints.

They are very professional and very prompt in resolving any issues and always keep me updated on all relevant matters. All the staff are very professional and approachable.

Their service is one of the worst I’ve experienced (referring to their Greenford and Wembley branch). I was interested in viewing a property and contacted them the day it went on the market. A viewing was arranged but got changed three times. The fourth time the viewing was rearranged they said it was going to be be at 12pm. I was there on time and called the agency to see where the estate agent was, and they said that they are on their way. However, I waited for an hour and a half after the arranged time and still nobody turned up. I believe this is extremely unprofessional and very frustrating since they wasted my time without any valid reason. They now lost a potential buyer, and I wonder how many more they’ve lost. So, if you are someone who wants to sell your property or someone interested in buying one, there are other agencies better than this one since as a seller you wouldn’t have a lot of interest in your property due to the potential buyers’ being disrespected, and as a buyer they would just waste your time. Even one star is too much, but that’s the least I can give in this review.
