I was a bit dubious when I ordered my planters as they were one of the cheapest online. However, I had great communication with Ellis Home Interiors and my planters arrived in time, were packaged very well and were in perfect order.

Brought a drinks trolley for £104 and very disappointed. Not buying from this company again. The drinks trolley was badly designed, you can see dents on the round part. Two of the screws are not gripping inside, when I tried to screw the shelf in. I now have a drinks trolley that I can’t put much on because two screws just keep on turning. Avoid!

Ordered an Oak filling cabinet from Ellis Interiors.
Ordering was easy, the order was processed promptly and delivery on time.
Whilst the price of this product was at the higher end of the market the quality is excellent.

Thank you for my beautiful bar stools. I was offered a sample before purchasing and placed my order on receipt. The bar stools arrived within 2 working days which exceeded my expectations. Your assistant was very helpful and the price was very good and so I am delighted to award Ellis Homes 5 stars.

The WORST company I've ever had to deal with. DO NOT shop from here, they claim they have a 30 day return policy but you will not be able to return the item. They have to speak with the 'manufacturer' even though your contract is with Ellis Home as that's where you buy it from - fairly positive that's illegal. I raised a return request and spent countless phone calls just trying to ask where i return this too, and they claim i will be contacted by someone to return it. I have been in contact with Kevin Ellis - presumably someone who owns the company considering the surname and the service has been abysmal. Requested the return process on Dec 15, it's now Jan 14 and no resolution!!!! DO NOT shop from this company if you are wanting fair and reasonable customer service.

We found Ellis Home Interiors very helpful and efficient company to buy our 8 dining chairs from. The delivery was not possible pre Christmas however the chairs arrived in January. We are very pleased with the quality of the chairs which were available from other sites but were more expensive. Would recommend and would buy from again.

There were some issues with delivery but these were because of the delivery company (APC) and not them.

Beautiful drinks trolley arrived today. Well packaged so no damage. Straight out of the box and taking pride of place in our living room. A slight hiccup with the delivery people but the company checked with them and all sorted promptly. Would really recommend this company.

Ordered online, the price of the unit was the most competitive, good communication on order and delivery. The unit itself is of excellent quality and very well made, it arrived fully assembled I only had to screw on the legs. I would recommend Ellis Home Interiors to family and friends and would not hesitate in using them again.

I found a wall clock that ticked all of my boxes on the Ellis Home Interiors website. I called in with a question and the call was answered promptly. They also answer emails promptly. Their communications are first class. I ordered online and it was delivered quickly, but after setting up I found there was a fault in the movement.

Ellis Home Improvements then demonstrated what great customer service looks like. The original clock was delivered on Friday and the fault found on Saturday. My old clock was collected and a replacement delivered just 5 days after the first one was delivered and that included a weekend.

I have no reservations in recommending Ellis Home Interiors to everyone.

After looking for a specific wall clock I found one that ticked all of my boxes on the Eliis Home Interiors website. A telephone enquiry was answered promptly and it turned out that they were out of stock with stock expected within a few days. So I bought the clock and as promised within a few days I had an email telling me it had been dispatched.

It arrived soon after but there was a fault discovered after setting it up. Ellis Home Interiors sorted a replacement out immediately and kept me in the loop all of the way. My replacement clock arrived within 5 days of the first one being delivered and that was including a weekend.

This is truly excellent customer service so you can buy with confidence from this company.
