Have been looking for this lamp stand for some time so I was thrilled to find it at a more reasonable price. Arrived within a few days. Very well packaged. Excellent delivery service. Great communication

I purchased a the zenith tv entertainment unit in March this year. The fittings weren’t very sturdy for the weight of the tempered glass shelf and in hindsight I should have returned it immediately however given the price of returning a heavy piece of furniture I kept it. Two of the fittings have snapped over time due to the weight and the shelf has collapsed. I contacted the company and spoke to a very helpful person on the phone. I supplied evidence of the broken fittings. They agreed to send the email on to the supplier. I requested additional fittings to enable me to put the item back together. I received an email from Jaden, advising I was out with the time frame for any help with the faulty furniture. Very disappointing. Furniture shouldn’t only last six months.

Ordered on 06.10.23, and was delivered 13.10.23. Never have I ordered a large piece of furniture that’s been delivered within a week, especially one that also doesn’t charge a ridiculous delivery charge (a couple of other retailers selling this item wanted £60+ just for delivery).
The drivers communication was great and were polite and efficient when delivering.
The only (very slight) grumble with the delivery company was that I had an email telling me it was being the next day. There was no ‘your order is ready for delivery, please contact us’. I appreciate that some people won’t have an issue with this, but I work away. Regardless, I contacted them and rearranged delivery for the Friday. So happy all round!

We ordered a nice dining table couple of weeks ago and it was delivered on time last friday. Shipping company carried the parts into the living room and gave us short brief about installation. It was very easy to install even if you are alone but your need another person to roll over it on the stands (it is good quality of table and heavy).
Boxing was very good and there was no damage in any part of the item.
Mechanism is working fine.
It worths every penny that we paid in our opinion. Thanks.

We recently purchased bedroom furniture, order arrived within a few days of purchase much quicker than expected. Communication & delivery very good. Bed side cabinets and chest of drawers were already built we just had to build the bed. Instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. The furniture is very nice, looks really good and I would certainly recommend Ellis Home Interiors.

I cannot fault this company. They supplied an oak dining table at a fair price and delivered it quickly. The ordering process via their website was simple and quick. Their courier kept us well-informed regarding the delivery. I am a happy customer and will probably check their website next time I'm in the market for something they sell.

Good website and helpful staff. I ordered two large sculptures and they arrived within 24 hours and were well packed so no damage. Great service and items were as described on the website.

I ordered a pair of sun loungers from Ellis Home Interiors which was very competitively priced. The following day I was informed of a stock error, and there was only 1 left. I decided to buy the one they had (due to the great price) and source the second one elsewhere.
Unfortunately the other supplier let me down massively, and I found myself in a situation where the lounger I had ordered from Ellis was already dispatched and there were no more options left to source another one elsewhere.
I spoke with Mitch at Ellis about the situation and he very kindly managed to cancel the order with the manufacturer, despite the product being already dispatched. On top of that, I see my refund is already credited back to my credit card 2 days later.
I'd also note that the communication was very good - in spite of the stock error, I was informed immediately and they tried to reach me by both phone and email. While the stock error wasn't a brilliant start, I have contacted several suppliers of this lounger and around half of them were having similar stock level errors, so I believe this is a bigger issue with the manufacturer.
