A rip off
Dont trust there insurance they only cover each incident of $1,500 and charges you for everything else. Even if they tell you to use any trye company with any trye company they charge you for the one i used

Kind staff and great first time experience!
Our experience at El Monte RV at Dublin was absolutely great. All the employees were super helpful with our struggles as first timers, specially Biscuit, who answered all our questions about the RV, and Amar, who was at the desk and helped us kindly with some personal issues. The overall RV experience was awesome and easy, we didn`t have any problems with the vehicle and could check at the QRcode inside the van for more information at any time. 100% recommended!

Clean, Easy & Great Customer Service
Extremely easy rental process, RV was very clean and in good shape, and customer service for a first time renter was great. Pick up and drop off were super easy and efficient. Would definitely recommend and use again.

RV was nice - Customer Service was horrible
The RV was really nice. It wasn't the highest of quality, but it was new and clean, easy to drive and operate. It met our needs. We would probably rent a little larger one next time, but that was on us not the company.
The check in process was terrible, if I am being honest. We had an appointment to pick up and waited over two hours to even be taken over for paperwork. We drove almost three hours to pick it up, and the whole process took well over three hours with the wait and check in - so 6+ hours total plus the 3 hour drive home.... a whole day just for pick up. I tried to talk to a few employees and they just skirted around us. I believe our RV was not the one they gave us and they had to scramble to find one.... At check in, we had preregistered everything and I was told it wasn't correct and we had to completely redo everything, including charging our card nearly $5,000 that they said they would reimburse. That took a week..... I felt like they were pretty unprofessional at the front desk and when asked about a discount that I had previously entered, they said that was for preregistering..... which we had already done. ..... it was a little shady.
The gentleman and lady that helped us with going over the RV before we left were great.

I wish there was a way to complete the registration and payment process in advance and then have the option to actually pick up the rig at whatever time works best for the trip.

The best place to rent your Motorhome

I rent a motorhome for 3 weeks and the manager and the staff were very welcoming, freindly and helpfull.
