Excellent customer service provided by Ricky he was so helpful and had excellent knowledge about the car. He took the time to show me and talk through all the features making sure all my queries were answered. He is a great asset to Suzuki.

Xander has just helped us with our purchase of our new Suzuki car. He was so helpful and courteous throughout and his whole manner made our experience smooth and stress free. We would not hesitate to return to Suzuki at Eastbourne Motoring Centre and would honestly recommend that others see what they can help you with because if you are looking to change your car whether it is for used or new, then head to Suzuki at Eastbourne because you will not be disappointed.

I have just had the best customer service from Kienan, EMC Eastbourne Suzuki. Nothing was too much trouble and he even guided me to the right car with the right finance package that was best suited to my circumstance. Ricky is an absolute star and asset to the team. He certainly went the extra mile for us on Saturday. The car was immaculate, paperwork was simple and we drove away the same day.

Recently had my Motorhome in for oil change, hand brake adjustment and MOT. It also got a free health check which Identified that I would shortly need new brake pads to the front of the vehicle. I authorised the replacement of the brake pads. All work was done on the same day and the vehicle passed its MOT, communication from the technicians doing the work and the service team was very good. I haven't used the vehicle very much since, but at the moment all is fine.
I have used EMC over the past 3 to 4 years for my MOT's and various mechanical repairs. I have only given a 4 star rating because of the service provided by some of the reception staff. Most are very helpful but some can be very unhelpful obstructive and rude and should maybe re-locate to other parts of the company.

Steve was fantastic throughout the entire purchase.

Ben Dowling was easy to chat to and very clear in his description of the car and the process .

Outstanding customer service and care as always from Phil. Always goes above and beyond. We can not recommend him enough. Thank you.
