I have just had the best customer service from Kienan, EMC Eastbourne Suzuki. Nothing was too much trouble and he even guided me to the right car with the right finance package that was best suited to my circumstance. Recently had my Motorhome in for oil change, hand brake adjustment and MOT. It also got a free health check which Identified that I would shortly need new brake pads to the front of the vehicle. I authorised the replacement of the brake pads. All work was done on the same day and the vehicle passed its MOT, communication from the technicians doing the work and the service team was very good. I haven't used the vehicle very much since, but at the moment all is fine.
I have used EMC over the past 3 to 4 years for my MOT's and various mechanical repairs. I have only given a 4 star rating because of the service provided by some of the reception staff. Most are very helpful but some can be very unhelpful obstructive and rude and should maybe re-locate to other parts of the company.
