Quick and uncomplicated Delivery of the Wireless EMDRkit and bag to switzerland. The light tube dies not produce a proper light point when using it for low frequent Stimulation. Some clients complainted the light trail to irritate during Stimulation. The support answered this ‚Feature‘ ist normal and I should rise frequency to get Tod of the problem, but rising the frequence means not to stick to the treatment protocol when stimulating ressources. The pulsators work well, but I did not check the headphones so far.

Absolutely love my EMDR kit. Easy to order and swift delivery. I ordered the classic kit & carry bag, great for transporting, keeping equipment organised & protected. The shipping cost bumped up the price, but worth the cost to purchase the equipment from a reputable company. Would definitely recommend buying from EMDR kit.

Wireless Pulsators and customer service
Purchasing the wireless pulsators was very easy and they came quickly and well packaged. I had an issue with one of the pulsators, it wouldn't "wake up" or charge, and emailed the company the week of Christmas and they quickly fixed my issue and sent me a brand new one without any hesitation. They even had it come to me during the week of New Years and right before New Years Eve. This sealed it for me and I will continue to do business with them and will be recommending them highly to other clinicians too.

Two points of constructive critisism:
-Sometimes (after putting on bluetoth) it doesn't work connecting and so it is not possible to use it. (But maybe it has to to do with the net).
-I couldnt find a description in which you are informed about the speed of every step of the 25. Maybe in a description it should stand, what speed is good for what kind of patients.

The Pulsators are operated via Bluetooth. There is no internet or WIFI connection necessary, only a stable Bluetooth connection and smartphone or tablet (iOS or Android) which is compatible with the EMDR Kit app.
We have also reached out to you via email to get this issue resolved.
Regarding the different speed options: It is true, currently we do not offer a guideline for the speed settings. This is perhaps something that we will consider in the future.

Fast service with attention to detail. I received my order much quicker than I expected and I didn't have to deal with a lot of extra packing material. All of my equipment had already been carefully placed and organized in the case I ordered. The instructions were easy to follow and, while I have not had a chance to use the equimpment much, yet, the quality appears to be excellent.

Faulty and severe lack of customer service support
My kit arrived with a faulty charging dock for the pulsators, and unfortunately I tried a number of other charging cables to see if I could resolve the issue myself. Because they must know this issue, they asked me to send a photo of every cable I tried, and one of them was a different voltage than what it comes with. They claim I broke the dock, when it arrived completely non-functioning, and made me pay for a replacement plus the shipping when it was not my fault. What do you do when you’re already so far in cost-wise for the kit? I was trapped and would not purchase again, I’d go with another brand. I do not recommend this company at all.

Unfortunately, attempting to attach a charger of more than 12V only once will destroy the inside of our equipment beyond repair. This is not covered under warranty and there is not much we can do.
Despite this, we have tried to resolve the issue as best as we can by offering a replacement at a reduced price. We've also upgraded your shipment to express shipping so you could resume the important work that you do as fast as possible.
