I called at lunchtime on Sunday about a leaking boiler that had left us with no water to the property. Emergency Plumber London was here within 2 hours to fix the leak and back the next day to fix the boiler. Quotes were provided to both the fix and a replacement, but as the boiler was 17 years old, we replaced it. He worked from mid afternoon to 10pm to get the job finished on the same day and we have no complaints.

Highly recommend. He was friendly, professional and very hard working. He also over delivered on his promises and was early for both visits. Fabulous!

Called at 5pm and was told a plumber would be with me between 7 and 8pm. Needed a central heating pipe fixing as had kids in the house and no heating. 8pm came and went with no contact. Called back just after 8pm and was told nobody was available and that they could do next morning. When I said I had kids and no heating they suggested they could be here between 10 and 11pm. I cancelled the job.

There was a leakage in the kitchen sink and these plumbers arrived within 30 minutes after getting my call even at the rush hours. They solved the problem quickly and charged their rates. Much appreciated. Thanks to the entire team.

Dan arrived within 20 minutes and was fantastic from start to finish. He even stayed locally so he could come back as soon as Thames water had been.

Fair price and great service. Emergency Plumber works really in a emergency. If required they can come in the evening and at A short notice. Honest and professional. I used the service twice and will definitely use again.

I called Ali at 11:45pm on a Saturday evening when my washing machine had upheld up and overflowed my kitchen floor, trickling water down through my neighbor's roof. He offered to come quickly - yet I'd tied up the water and said it is fine even if they come the next day. Ali arrived immediately the following day, immediately analyzed and fixed the issue, and waited a 20 minutes there to see if he has surely fixed the issue and the washing machine is ok. He was proficient, cheerful, and effective. His service was first rate and I would totally call him again if I required plumbing help!

They came just within an hour and was snappy and decent. He gave me a quote that was cheaper and inexpensive in compare to other companies. So i booked them and after arriving charged me exactly same amount and cheaper than the initial quote as the job was done so quick. So happy, many thanks.
